What It Does DropOff™ is a sister app to our PocketDelivery products. It extends proof of delivery function to cases and bottles that sales reps are tasked with delivering to customers.

The Will-Call Solution The Process
Customers often have request for one or more items that need to be delivered to the customer prior to the next scheduled truck delivery, often during the same day.
These orders can be specially billed to have them sent to reps so they know to pick them up in the warehouse.
When delivered, the customer signs on the screen in the same manner that PocketDelivery™ drivers receive when making their deliveries. The customer is emailed a signed, completed invoice, and the same is sent in to the warehouse.
These orders appear in DropOff™, and reps use existing paperwork for the customer and DropOff™ for the final delivery.
