Wholesaler-Specific Websites User registration to the website requires an email address that is validated by sending an access code to the address to complete the registration.

A mobile phone number is also required.

This phone number is validated against existing mobile phone accounts to confirm it is authentic.

Capturing and connecting name, email, and mobile phone, connected to a CustomerID delivers valuable marketing links to use in conjunction with Offers, within these websites and in other ways.

What It Does DropOff™ is a sister app of our Pocket-Delivery products. It extends proof of delivery function to cases and bottles that sales reps are tasked with delivering to customers.

The Will-Call Solution The Process

Customers often have request for one or more items that need to be delivered to the customer prior to the next scheduled truck delivery, often during the same day.

These orders can be billed specially to have them sent to reps so they know to pick them up in the warehouse.

When delivered, the customer signs on the screen in the same manner that PocketDelivery™ drivers receive when making their deliveries. The customer is emailed a signed, completed invoice, and the same is sent in to the warehouse.

These orders appear in DropOff™, and reps use existing paperwork for the customer and DropOff™ for the final delivery.

What It Does PocketDelivery™ is a super easy to use tool for drivers that manages all the aspects of driver delivery and pickups and pays for itself in the first year of use.

Fewer Touchpoints The end of day check in process is done in minutes as a “standup check in” because all the returns and payments have been recorded for a simple approval process.

Less Paper Your drivers no longer bring back paper at the end of the day because the signed receipts are already stored on your server as PDF files.

No More Credits PocketDelivery™ creates a clean invoice so not only is there less paper in the office there are also no more credits to mail.

Why You Need It From turn-by-turn directions, inventory check-ins, signoffs, to delivery notes and returns—it’s all tracked in real time so that managers back in the warehouse know the ins, outs, and whereabouts of a single truck on the road.

The Delivery Solution The Process

Driver confirms the deliveries for the day and signs out with the inventory and list of stops.

Managers or warehouse personnel can approve and sign off on the confirmed inventory on the truck.

Warehouse then provides the driver with a printed copy of the truck’s manifest.

Turn-by-turn directions ensure that the driver takes the most efficient route.

The driver signals in PocketDelivery™ that he’s closing out and works with the warehouse to process returned items as well as any money or checks acquired.

A report is automatically sent to the warehouse system with the details of each delivery.

This report can be sent electronically or printed.

Upon arrival, the driver confirms the items being delivered and records any checks collected.

Management signs for the order, and the driver proceeds to the next stop. Any returned items are recorded.

RouteMaps™ The web-based platform designed for optimizing sales rep territories

What It Does RouteMaps™ is designed for sales managers to customize sales rep territories. Using this web-based UI, this tool can be used via any laptop operating system. In this larger screen format, we are able to fit the two key parts of the tool, the map and the sales/ commission data.
