This E-Commerce tool takes orders from external sources and transmits them directly to PocketAdvantage™ for the assigned sales rep. Sales reps have the ability to approve or modify orders.

The Process

Inventiv can quickly roll out a private-label e-commerce website for our wholesaler customers, in addition to providing electronic connections to all major marketplace website platforms, such as SevenFifty and Provi.

Sales Reps approve or upsell each order to help maintain relationships.

What It Does We designed PocketAdvantage™ to allow sales reps in the field to process daily orders on an iPad or iPhone, without the need for an internet connection.

Inventiv also offers a secure cloud-based solution which connects directly to your backend system.

PocketDelivery™ The Delivery Solution

What It Does PocketDelivery™ is an iPhone/iPad app synced with PocketAdvantage™ to manage the details from the pickup to delivery.

Why You Need It Turn-by-turn directions, inventory check-ins, signoffs, delivery notes and returns—it’s all tracked in real time so that managers back in the warehouse know the ins, outs, and whereabouts of a single truck on the road.

DropOff™ The Will-Call Solution Feature(s) You Are Missing

What It Does DropOff is a sister app to our PocketDelivery products. It extends proof of delivery function to cases and bottles that sales reps are tasked with delivering to customers.

Why You Need It DropOff provides a complete digital audit trail of inventory assets and digitizes the signature receipt process, eliminating the need for sales reps to drive unecessarily to return signed paperwork.

RouteMaps The web-based platform designed for optimizing sales rep territories

What It Does RouteMaps™ is designed for sales managers to assess and reassign sales rep territories. Using the Web based UI, this tool can be used via any laptop operating system. In this larger screen format, we are able to fit the two key parts of the tool, the map and the sales/commission data.

Why You Need It This tool makes it easy to visualize territories so that you could reassign reps daily, if necessary. Since RouteMaps™ is backend integrated, all changes are reflected in RouteMaps™ as soon as the data is available to your reps in PA, eliminating time between demo and go-live.
