E-Commerce

the one place for reps to get all their e-commerce orders.

This E-Commerce tool takes orders from external sources and transmits them directly to PocketAdvantage™ for the assigned sales rep. Sales reps have the ability to approve or modify orders.

The Process Inventiv can quickly roll out a private-label e-commerce website for our wholesaler customers, in addition to providing electronic connections to all major marketplace website platforms, such as SevenFifty and Provi.

Sales Reps approve or upsell each order to help maintain relationships.

Customer Service Reps can handle a higher order volume while maintaining staffing levels by increasing their efficiency.

No changes to ERP required.

DropOff™ The Will-Call Solution

DropOff™ automates and tracks the process of having sales reps taking small deliveries to customers (typically due to last-minute emergency orders or other good service functions).

When these deliveries are billed, reps are able to see when they are ready and available to be picked up in the warehouse.

When the delivery is complete and signed, there is no need to return paperwork to the office, because it is transmitted. A clean, signed PDF is archived—no need for scanning.

The Process

Customers often have request for one or more items that need to be delivered to the customer prior to the next scheduled truck delivery, often during the same day.

These orders can be specially billed to have them sent to reps so they know to pick them up in the warehouse.

When delivered, the customer signs on the screen in the same manner that PocketDelivery™ drivers receive when making their deliveries. The customer is emailed a signed, completed invoice, and the same is sent in to the warehouse.

These orders appear in DropOff™, and the rep can use existing paperwork for the customer and DropOff™ for the final delivery.

eCommerce Wholesaler-Specific Websites

• We can set up an eCommerce website with your URL, your logo, and your color scheme almost immediately.

• We apply the same data that PocketAdvantage™ displays • Users can view recent invoice history, give Open AR (with drill-down into invoice detail), and other useful customer service functions.

• Orders get sent to the assigned sales rep into PocketAdvantage™, or to an inside sales team member, the same way EDI, Provi, SevenFifty, and other outside orders can be received with OrderLink™.

eCommerce

User registration to the website requires an email address that is validated by sending an access code to the address to complete the registration.

A mobile phone number is also required. This phone number is validated against existing mobile phone accounts to confirm it is authentic.

Capturing and connecting name, email, and mobile phone, connected to a CustomerID delivers valuable marketing links to use in conjunction with Offers within these websites and in other ways.

The websites are optimized for use in PC, on tablets, and on smartphones.

A customer can register multiple users. A user for a chain or related accounts can register once for multiple customer locations.

A settable daily cutoff time enforces not allowing a request for next day delivery.
