The PocketDelivery Family
Say Goodbye To Paper Forms
Say Hello To Opportunity
A Note From Remy
Always Listening
It’s a pleasure to formally meet you all. I’ve known of and gotten to know many of you, throughout my two decades of being a fly on the wall in our family business. I am the head of Inventiv’s marketing, project manager of RouteMaps, and am eagerly adding to my repertoire, because, as a company, we take pride in each of our employees’ versatility. I am starting my second year here at Inventiv, and it is a very exciting time. In addition to starting our third decade in the wine and spirits industry, we have another chapter to celebrate: the Rea family has fully arrived! Being able to connect with our staff and customers growing up has made it all the more gratifying to demonstrate who I have become and what I have to offer. I am ready to make each one of my parent’s mutual friends, out in the industry, friends of my own. During my many ride-alongs in the field, I have been fascinated by the amount of customer-specific business processes. I’ve seen that there is no cookie-cutter solution for anyone out there. And, honestly, I wouldn’t want it any other way. We’ll take the time, in person, to see where current features can be implemented for greater efficiency and where new features can be created together. Although I’ve seen the value of an analytical approach, I’ve come to realize the real charm of this industry, exemplified by the wonderful, lengthy relationships between wholesalers and retailers, instances where efficiency isn’t the answer. This industry is about relationships and how you feel. And that’s why we continue to innovate and custom tailor our products to promote innovation but still suit each customer’s day-in-the-life experience. As far as I’m concerned, family first applies to Inventiv as a whole. Providing great customer service and team optimization is only an extension of our family’s practices. We will contribute to asking the right questions, we value your point of view. And I’d like to assure you, I am looking forward to hearing yours, very soon.

User Problem
Inventiv Solution
For the usual Will Call delivery, a rep must pick up paperwork from the warehouse, along with a written signature. With a window of only 24-48 hours to stamp and mail paperwork, managament staff and reps lose time best spent elsewhere.
Using our in-app electronic signature capture, Will Call information is sent and archived digitally, avoiding trips to the warehouse and/or bank entirely. All DropOff business can be conducted in the palm of your hand, so reps stay in the field.
Order Approvals
Streamline Your Samples 1 Setup sample reason codes Assign supplier Charge Back % and record exceptions. Charge Back % is available to managers when approving sample orders. You can also restrict items by bottle size, category, inventory level and/or customer, which prevents a rep from sending orders that will automatically be denied.
2 Reps place an order Reps submit the request digitally through PA and must include a reason code and a list of tasters. The order is then logged into a reporting database for analysis.
3 Manager approval From an iPhone or iPad, managers can review and, if necessary, change the Charge Back % using PA+. The manager will have visibility to each order.
4 Track and analyze results AdvantageEIS tracks sample usage over time, and managers can filter data by rep, customer, and supplier to review ROI.
Tasting Accountability
Data-Driven Decisions
We found that using PA+ for sample requests samples drop by roughly 10% as sales reps make better selections with transparency.

Producer Over the past 20 years, Nicolás and Laura Catena and their vineyard management team have worked tirelessly in the discovery, identification and development of key microclimates in the high altitude wine country of Mendoza, Argentina. Nicolás Catena has planted an almost countless number of varietals and clones throughout his mountain vineyard sites. This quest for quality lead Nicolás and Laura Catena to a crucial discovery regarding the influence of altitude on grape cultivation in Mendoza. Observing the important differences in soil types, average temperatures and thermal amplitudes that exist at varying altitudes, he found that vineyard sites which are just a few kilometers apart can have vast differences in altitude and possess remarkably different microclimates. Over the years, the in depth study of these different microclimates led Nicolás to determine that the same varietal, and even the same clone, presented distinct aromatic and flavor profiles when cultivated in each of these unique microclimates. Implementing the age old art of assemblage, he found that by blending these different lots of the same varietal, he could achieve a more complex wine. Review Wine Spectator 90 points - An intense red, showing concentrated flavors of dark plum, kirsch, dried beef and baker's chocolate flanked by notes of tobacco leaf and ginger. The powerful finish is filled with sanguine details. Drink now through 2020. 100,000 cases imported. From Argentina.K.M. .October/2014 Description The Catena family has conducted extensive research into the soils and microclimates of Mendoza's high altitude wine country in the foothills of the Andes mountains. At different altitudes, the family’s Malbec vineyards express a unique profile of aromas and flavors: the ripe plum fruit flavors and silky texture of the Angelica vineyard (2,850’ elevation); the dark fruit character and pepper notes of the La Pirámide vineyard (3,100’ elevation); the black cherry aromas and excellent structure of the Altamira vineyard (3,870’ elevation); the explosive floral aromatics full, concentrated mouthfeel of the Adrianna vineyard (5,000’). The blend of these components creates a wine of unique character that has balance, concentration and a strong varietal identity.
