PocketCRM
TM
Bridge The Gap.
What is
PocketCRM?
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a tool for managing all your company’s relationships and interactions with customers and potential customers. The goal is simple: improve relationships to grow your business. A CRM system helps companies stay connected to customers, streamline processes, and improve profitability. PocketCRMTM eclipses all other CRMs used by wine and spirits wholesalers due to its integration with the industry leading PocketAdvantageTM app.
Accelerated
Adoption
Accelerated Adoption is our solution for continuously asking reps to enter missing information and on a regular basis confirm that the given information is current. Unlike other CRM options, PocketCRMTM is embedded within PocketAdvantageTM which your reps use every day, and can prompt them when they tap on customers to do normal activity. As a bonus you also receive reporting of how often your reps ignore these prompts, so managers can help close the loop.
Your/All
Contacts
PocketCRMTM contains contacts of multiple types: multiple contacts per customer, sales reps assigned to accounts, supplier reps, and office personnel. Contact modifications are logged, synchronized, and date-stamped to allow for confirmations of each after a set amount of time. Contacts appear in the homescreen’s subview and are shareable across your company instantaneously. Thanks to this feature, vacations, sick days, and new employees no longer cause confusion or delay.
Who
Handles?
PocketCRMTM provides a clean and simple interface to help reps identify the people in an account who handle orders, payments, and deliveries. The Who Handles prompt quickly exposes gaps in contacts and gives a fast and simple method for the reps to connect a contact. From time to time for intervals you may set for this information to pop up for the rep to confirm since this valuable information is only useful when it is correct.
When
Called On
Similar to Who Handles, When Called On automatically pops up when a customer does not have at least one call day stored in the system. A rep fills in the start time, meeting length, whom they meet with, and if a scheduled meeting is a visit, phone call, Facetime, or Zoom meeting. These are regularly prompted to make sure they are current and that confirmation protocol is set by the company to also ensure this information is current.
Customer
Attributes
Each of your customers has key attributes, such as wine focus, cuisine, cold-box, and advertising, that are important to know and keep current. New attributes are needed from time to time. Rather than using cumbersome spreadsheets or surveys, the Customer Attributes prompt pops up whenever a certain attribute entry is missing. After much discussion, we have implemented the most actionable means to keep your information current.
