In finding out that I matched for residency in Cleveland, I felt equal parts excited and nervous Though I had spent the last five years of my life as a graduate student in Chicago, I had never stepped foot (and frankly never planned to) in Ohio However, these last seven months have made clear unto me what a special place Cleveland is; and have cemented the Forest City as a forever piece of home

As I prepare to leave Cleveland for my next endeavor in the coming months, I feel I am walking away with much more than I arrived; which is not solely due to me doubling the amount houseplants I own For me, this place will always represent the place where I finally obtained my PhD and achieved what felt like an endless pursuit With that said, I will next move to Baltimore to complete my training as a Rehabilitation focused Neuropsychologist! Keeping on trend with moving to new places I have never been, any tips and recommendations on all things Maryland are welcomed please

Having moved to Cleveland without knowing a soul, I feel immense gratitude for all of the kind and welcoming faces/individuals I have crossed paths with at Intro. I have consistently found myself uplifted by even the smallest interactions of passing smiles and saying hello, and can only hope my future neighbors will be half as friendly Until I depart, you will likely see me clocking as many hours as humanely possible at the pool, or biking to the lake for a leisurely read in the sun. Whether we have officially met or not, thank you to all who made my stay in The Land ™ an unforgettable one Cheers!
