club policies
Below are policies and general guidelines that apply to all IGC members. 1. Guest Policy a. Accompanied Guests i.
Members are welcome and encouraged to bring guests to the Club. Guests must be registered at the front desk upon arrival. ii. All Members and guests agree to, and are required to complete and submit a waiver of liability with respect to their use of the Club Facilities; the waiver may be completed at the front desk upon your first visit. iii. Guests playing golf will incur a $35 guest fee per player. iv. Spouses playing golf are considered guests unless a part of the Family Membership and are subject to the $35 guest fee. v. There are no limits as to the number of times a member can bring the same guest to the club.
b. Unaccompanied Guests i. Unaccompanied guests are subject to approval by IGC management and subject to a $100 fee per guest. ii. Unaccompanied guests are not subject to a fee when they are taking a private lesson, getting a club fitting, or attending a formal event at the club.
c. General i.
Members are responsible for the behavior and activities of their guests while at the Club, whether accompanied or unaccompanied, and will be held responsible for ensuring all fees are paid. Members should be mindful that the Club offers a professional environment, and the Club reserves the right to exclude or remove guests who are disruptive to others.
2. Kids Policy a. Children are welcome at the club until 8 pm, but children 13 years old and under must be supervised at all times. b. Children are not allowed in the bar area specifically starting at 4 pm. c. Children are considered guests unless dependents of Family Members and are subject to the $35 guest fee.
3. Tipping a. Cash tipping is prohibited with the exception of food and beverage. b. A 20% service charge is automatically added to your bill when dining and drinking at the club. Additional gratuity is not required, but to attract and retain the best servers and bartenders, we allow and encourage adding additional gratuity if you thought your service was exceptional.
4. Dress Policy a. Be smart, look smart. There is no formal dress code at Intown Golf Club, but consider your occasion and use your best judgment given the high-quality facilities, community of Members you are a part of, and overall vibe. And please — no flip-flops. b. Golf shoes are not required when playing golf on the Trackman.
5. Pets a. We love our pets and we’re sure you do too. However, no pets are allowed at the Club with the exception of Service animals.
