Having been inspired to launch an apprenticeship programme by SkillsActive, and with a solid partner in Youth Force supporting the initiative, Snow-Camp launched its very own Snowsports Apprenticeship Programme in 2013 which enabled four young graduates from the Snow-Camp programmes to join our team in a full-time role for a year.

The lucky candidates – Charlie, Aaron, Stephanie and Chloe – spent varying lengths of time with some of our key partners including Ellis Brigham, Skiworld, Skiweekends, Pure Powder and The Snow Centre; gaining invaluable work experience whilst studying for an NVQ Level 2 Activity Leadership Qualification and supporting the delivery of all SnowCamp programmes.

Now well into its second year, the new apprentices – Jonjoe, Deana, Wesley, Jasmine & Nadir – are currently enjoying placements both in resort and in the UK with our key industry partners, so be sure to keep an eye on our website and social media channels for updates!
