The client at Morni hills want to design a Farmhouse . The site is having a lake on one side and a scenic beauty of the Aravill hills on the ohter side.
The client is nature loving and want a farm should be more near to the nature
The Gram panchayat of Rukna Begu is set to create a “panchayat complex” in Vill.Rukna Begu FZR ,Punjab
This newly developed area have requirement of a Panchayat complex. The project aiims to create a Panchaya bhawan, Baraat ghar, Dispensary,Bank etc.
The proposal for the Siddi cultural center has been under discussion for a few months before the COVID-19 pandemic struck. The organisations involved were the Karnataka cultural welfare Ministry, The siddi organization of welfare, INTACH and many of the similar kinds. Keeping a cultural center of this significance and scale in this area woulld definitely pull crowds of massive scale, Siddi and others. An unintentional bonus comes when we realize that Goa’s tourism is only a 2 hour bus ride away. Hence that can also pull in the crowd and cultures .
