Val.. Gardena GRODEN ITA

Il tour della Val Gardena collega le sue tre principali località, offrendovi un percorso vario, l’ideale per i principianti di mountain-bike, poiché si snoda quasi interamente lontano dalla strada principale, intensamente trafficata. La prima parte del tour è principalmente in salita. Partendo da Ortisei (1230m) prendiamo la ciclabile che ci porta in direzione S. Cristina (1400m) e Selva (1500m).

Si tratta complessivamente di 450m di dislivello, con una pendenza molto moderata e piacevole.

Dopo una breve sosta, al ritorno, da Selva la ciclabile porta in discesa fino ad Ortisei.

Wie es schon der Name sagt, ist diese Tour eine der leichtesten und ist auch für den nicht so trainierten Biker ideal zum fahren. Mit dem E- Bike erkunden wir die drei Dörfer im Grödental. Von St.Ulrich (1230m) geht es ganz einfach auf dem Fahrradweg nach St. Christina (1400m).

Von dort aus sehen wir die tolle Fischburg und nebenan die berühmte Saslong Abfahrt, wo jedes Jahr der Ski Weltcup stattfindet. Von St. Christina geht es weiter nach Wolkenstein (1500m) wo man schon den Blick auf die Sellagruppe werfen kann.

Nach einer kleinen Pause geht es wieder zurück nach St. Ulrich.

The tour of the Gardena valley features the three main towns of the valley in a diversified tour that is ideal for those starting mountain biking. The tour begins in Ortisei (1230m) at the promenade, where the route goes on the bicycle path to S. Cristina (1400m) and Selva (1500m).

It begins mostly uphill on beautiful woodland and meadow paths directly along the river and later between Ortisei and S. Cristina on tarmac secondary roads with almost no traffic. It is a good 450m difference in altitude to Selva, but the incline is very moderate which makes the ride not too difficult. After a short brake, from Selva the tour brings you back to Ortisei almost only in downhill.

VALLUNGA - SAN GIACOMO Langental - S . Jakob ITA

Questa gita di metà giornata può essere intrapresa con una e-bike oppure con una bici normale e non desta grandi difficoltà. Partendo da Ortisei (1230m), salite per circa 10 km, attraverso S. Cristina (1400m) fino a Selva (1560m). Dal centro del paese di Selva, il percorso diventa un po’ più ripido, fino all’imbocco della Vallunga (1632m), che si estende già all’interno del Parco Naturale Puez-Odle. Il tour procede verso sud-ovest e, attraversa zona La Poza fino alla stazione a valle della cabinovia di Col Raiser, dove ha inizio il tratto più bello: attraversate il borgo isolato di Insom in direzione di San Giacomo. Il sentiero, che diventa sempre più stretto, sarà fonte d’immensa gioia, prima ancora di raggiungere la chiesetta di S. Giacomo. Seguono 3 km di puro divertimento lungo lo stretto percorso boschivo in direzione della Val d’Anna da dove procedete quasi solo in discesa per il ritorno ad Ortisei.

Diese Halbtages-Tour ist mit E-Bike oder mit dem Fahrrad ziemlich leicht befahrbar und läuft durch das schöne Grödnertal. Man fährt durch die drei Dörfer St. Ulrich, St. Christina und Wolkenstein. In Wolkenstein angekommen führt eine kleine Panorama Schotterstraße ins schöne Langental (1632m).

Das Langental beeindruckt durch die steilen Felswände zu beiden Seiten, die kleine Silvester Kapelle und den schönen Talschluss Pra da Ri. Nach einer kleinen Pause biken wir zurück nach Wolkenstein und Plan da Tieja (1501m). Wer noch nicht müde ist fährt von da aus noch nach St. Jakob (1604m). Anschließend erfolgt ein Aufstieg zur St. Jakobs Kirche (1565m), einer der schönsten Aussichtspunkte Grödens mit dem Blick auf die Langkofelgruppe. Von St. Jakob gelangen wir auf einem kleinen Weg ins Annatal (1300m) und fahren zurück bis nach St. Ulrich.

This tour is not very difficult and is suitable for e-bikes and even for normal bikes. We start in Ortisei (1230m).

The route follows the course of the Gardena valley tour via S. Cristina (1400m) as far as Selva (1560m).

From the centre of Selva it gets a little steeper until you reach the entry of the Vallunga (1632m) that is already in the Puez-Odle nature park. Whoever wants to, can extend the tour with a detour into the upper Vallunga. Still above the main road the tour leads via La Pozza to the valley station of the Col Raiser cable car. Via the secluded hamlet of Insom you go in the direction of S. Giacomo (1565m). From there we follow 3 km of sheer riding fun on the narrow woodland trail leading to Val d’Anna (1300m), from where we ride almost only downhill back to Ortisei.

MONTE PANA ITA

Questo Tour in E- Bike porta sull’ Alpe di Siusi, l’altopiano più grande d’ Europa. Si Parte da Ortisei (1230m) in direzione Val di Jender dove c’è da affrontare una lunga salita fino a raggiungere i 1700m.

Arrivati in cima, si scende fino al prossimo passaggio in salita verso il Saltria (1730m). Quí c’è una bellissima vista panoramica sull’Alpe di Siusi ed il Sassolungo. Successivamente continuiamo su una strada sterrato verso il Monte Pana (1650m).

Arrivati al Monte Pana scendiamo a S. Christina, (1400m) e alla fine prendiamo la ciclabile fino ad Ortisei.

Diese E- Bike Tour führt auf Die Seiser Alm, das größte Hochplateau Europas. Gestartet wird diese Tour in St.Ulrich (1230), von dort aus fahren wir ins Jedertal wo es gilt eine anspruchsvolle Straße bergauf zu fahren. Auf 1700m angekommen geht es zunächst leicht Bergab bis es noch einmal kurz bergauf geht bis nach Saltria (1730m). Hier haben wir einen guten Ausblick auf die Seiser Alm und den Langkofel, unseren Hausberg. Von Saltria geht es leicht bergauf und bergab bis nach Monte Pana (1650m). Auf Monte Pana angekommen geht es meist bergab nach St. Christina (1400m) und über den Fahrradweg zurück nach St. Ulrich.

This E-Bike Tour brings us to Alpe di Siusi, the biggest high plateau in Europe. We start from Ortisei (1230m) uphill trough the Jender valley, once on the end (1700m), we ride downhill to the next climb up to Saltria (1730m). Here we have a wonderful view on Alpe di Siusi and the Sassolungo. From here we follow a gravel road in direction to Monte Pana (1650m). Once on Monte Pana we ride downhill to Santa Cristina (1400m) and on the cycle path back to Ortisei.

Monte Pana - Zallinger ITA

Per questa gita usiamo le bici con sostegno elettronico anche chiamate E-Bike. Partiamo a Ortisei (1230m), da dove prendiamo la ciclabile fino a S. Cristina (1400m). Da lì affrontiamo una lunga salita su strada asfaltata fino al Monte Pana (1645m), in cima abbiamo una meravigliosa vista sul Sassolungo e Sassopiatto. Dopo aver fatto una piccola sosta prendiamo la strada sterrata fino all’Alpe di Siusi e alla Baita Zallinger (2037m). Qui ci concediamo una pausa pranzo. Dopo la pausa scendiamo su strada sterrata fino alla Baita Tirler (2037m), da lì saliamo alla Baita Molignon (2054m) e Malga Stella Alpina (2005m). Arrivati in cima ci aspetta la discesa verso Compatsch (1880m), per poi proseguire verso Saltria (1725m) e la Valle di Jender (1730m) attraverso la quale scendiamo fino ad Ortisei.

Diese E- Bike Tour verläuft von St. Ulrich nach St. Christina, danach geht’s mit Antriebshilfe gemütlich zur schönsten und größten Hochalm Europas, auf die Seiser Alm. Gestartet wird in St. Ulrich (1230m) von wo man mit dem E- Bike nach St. Christina (1400m) fährt. Von dort aus nehmen wir die Straße hoch bis Monte Pana (1645m). Jetzt beginnt eine leichte Steigung auf einer Schotterstraße Richtung Seiser Alm bis zur Zallinger Hütte (2037m).

Sobald die Höhenmeter bewältigt sind, werden wir von einer der schönsten Ausblicke auf den Plattkofel und auf die Seiser Alm belohnt. Anschließend gönnen wir uns ein Mittagessen. Danach fahren wir hinunter bis zur Tirler Hütte. Von da aus fahren wir zur Molignon Hütte (2054m) und zur Edelweiss Hütte (2005m). Danach geht es mehr oder weniger alles bergab bis Compatsch (1880m) nach Saltria (1725m) und ins Jendertal (1730m) zurück nach St. Ulrich (1230m).

This E-Bike tour goes from Ortisei to S. Cristina until Europe’s largest alpine pasture, the Alpe di Siusi, surrounded by the most beautiful Dolomite peaks.

We start from Ortisei (1230m) and along the bicycle path we reach S. Cristina (1400m). From there we follow the long ascent along the paved road until Monte Pana (1645m). At the top we have a stunning view over the Sassopiatto and Sassolungo. After a short break we take the dirt road until the Seiser Alm and the Zallinger Hut (2037m). Here we will have lunch. Afterwards we will continue on the dirt road towards Tirler Hut (2037m), where we will rise up to the Molignon Hut (2054m) and Malga Stella Alpina (2005m). Once we have reached the top we have a descent to Compatsch (1880m), where we proceed towards Saltria (1725m) and the Valle di Jender (1730m) until Ortisei.

Seceda - Rifugio Firenze ..

Seceda - Regensburger Hutte ITA

Questo tour ci porta nel meraviglioso parco naturale di Puez Odle ai piedi delle meravigliose Odle.

Partendo da Ortisei (1230m) si prende la ciclabile in direzione S. Cristina (1400m) e Selva (1500m).

Da Selva si prosegue verso Daunëi (1687m) per poi raggiungere il rifugio Firenze (2037m). Qui godiamo una vista magnifica sullo Stevia e le Odle. Continuando sulla strada sterrata arriviamo in direzione Col Raiser (2107m) per poi raggiungere il Seceda.

Lì ci fermiamo in una delle bellissime baite per una pausa pranzo. Dopo ci aspetta una lunga discesa su sentieri piacevoli fino alla Chiesa di S. Giacomo (1565m). Arrivati alla chiesa un’altra discesa fino in Val d’Anna ed Ortisei.

Gestartet wird in St. Ulrich (1230m) wo wir Richtung St. Jakob (1565m), dann nach St. Christina (1450m) und Wolkenstein fahren (1560m). Von Wolkenstein nehmen wir die Straße nach Daunëi (1687m) und von dort aus beginnt der Anstieg zur Regensburger Hütte (2037m).

Hier beginnt ein wunderschöner Trail nach Col Raiser (2107m) und weiter hoch auf Seceda, wo wir uns eine Pause in einer der tollen Hütten gönnen. Nach der Mittagspause geht es meist bergab zurück nach St. Jakob. Bei der St. Jakobs Kirche vorbei führt der letzte Trail ins Annatal und nach St. Ulrich zurück.

This tour brings us to the wonderful nature park Puez-Odle directly below the gorgeous peaks of the Odle which are also a UNESCO World Heritage. Starting from Ortisei (1230m) we follow the bicycle path to S. Cristina (1400m) and Selva (1500m). From Selva we continue towards Daunëi (1687m) until we reach the Firenze Hut (2037m).

Here we enjoy a beautiful view of Stevia and the Odle.

We continue the dirt road to Col Raiser (2107m) until we arrive to Seceda. Here we stop in one of the beautiful huts for the lunch break. Afterwards a long descent on enjoyable trails lead us to the church of S. Giacomo (1565m). Another trail brings us to Val d’Anna (1300m), from where we ride almost only downhill back to Ortisei.

Volser Weiher ITA

Il tour Laghetti di Fiè è situato sotto la montagna dello Sciliar e nella zona di Castelrotto. Si parte da Ortisei (1230m) dove si sale da Roncadizza all’ Alpe di Siusi (2005m). Arrivati in cima all’ Alpe, proseguiamo verso Compatsch (1850m), poi su sentieri un po’ più tecnici verso Siusi (998m). Da lì prendiamo la ciclabile fino Fiè (800m). Arrivati al laghetto ci rilassiamo e chi vuole può anche provare a fare un tuffo nell’ acqua. Dopo la pausa si continua sul sentiero di Oswald fino alla cabinovia dell’Alpe di Siusi. Arrivati in cima, affrontiamo l’ultima discesa verso Ortisei.

Diese eher schwierige E-Bike Tour führt nach Völs am Schlern und zum Völser Weiher, ein kleiner See am Fuße des Schlerns. Die Tour startet von St. Ulrich (1230m) nach Pufels (1500m) und von da aus hoch zur Seiser Alm (1873m). Auf der Seiser Alm angekommen, fahren wir nach Compatsch (1850m). Von hier aus geht es meist bergab auf einen abwechslungsreichen Trail. Von Seis geht es wieder gemütlicher weiter auf dem Radweg bis nach Völs am Schlern (880m).

Von da aus geht es bergauf bis zur Tuffalm (1274m), wo wir uns eine verdiente Mittagspause gönnen. Unterhalb des Schlerns fahren wir Richtung Weiher (1056m). Von da aus führt uns noch ein toller Singletrail zur Seiser Alm Gondelbahn (1025m). Die Gondelbahn benützen wir um zur Seiser Alm (1850m) zu gelangen. Da angekommen fahren wir wieder zurück nach St. Ulrich.

The Völser Weiher Tour leads us to Fiè allo Sciliar and to the Lake of Fiè, a small lake at the foot of the Sciliar. Start is from Ortisei (1230m) where from Roncadizza we take the ascent to the Alpe di Siusi (2005m). At the top of the Alpe di Siusi we go towards Compatsch (1850m), and then following some technical trail we reach Siusi (998m).

From there along the bicycle path we arrive to Fiè (800m). Here we have an ascent to the Tuffalm (1274m), where we will have lunch. After the break we go to the Völser Weiher (1056m) and following some nice singletrail we arrive to the cable car of the Alpe di Siusi (1025m). With the cable car we arrive to the Alpe di Siusi (1850m) where we have the last descent to Ortisei.

Pa nora ma Tour Alpe di Siusi - Seiser Alm ITA

Una meravigliosa vista panoramica senza troppa fatica: è la promessa del tour dell’Alpe di Siusi. Punto di partenza è ad Ortisei, dove vi attende la cabinovia dell’Alpe di Siusi. Raggiungerete la stazione a monte a circa 2000m, circondati da un panorama mozzafiato sulle Dolomiti. Una facile discesa sulla ghiaia con successiva salita sull’asfalto vi consente di raggiungere la prima salita alla Baita Panorama (2009m) con possibilità di sosta. Dopo pochi km nuovamente in discesa, sul lato destro della strada verso la Malga Laurin e Compatsch (1870m). Da lì prendiamo la strada asfaltata fino al Saltria (1690m) dove sorge la tradizionale Malga Tirler (1741m), che vi offre le sue eccellenti prelibatezze.

Dopo aver fatto il pieno d’energie, raggiungerete Saltria per poi intraprendere l’unica salita rilevante del tour, lungo la strada di ghiaia in direzione Monte Pana (1645m). Da lì prendiamo la strada asfaltata fino a S. Cristina (1423m) e la ciclabile fino a Ortisei.

Die Panorama Tour Seiser Alm ist eine leichte Tour und auch für unerfahrene Mountainbiker gedacht.

Gestartet wird vor der MTB Schule (1230m). Von dort aus fahren wir zur Seiser Alm Bahn, die uns bis auf 2000m hochfährt. Die Strecke verläuft im leichten Gefälle auf einer Schotterstraße. Auf der Asphaltstraße angelangt treten wir jetzt ein paar Höhenmeter berghoch. Am Steger Weg (1850m) geht es hoch bis zur Panorama Hütte (2009m) wo wir uns kurz erfrischen.

Von dort aus geht es zur Laurin Hütte und talwärts nach Compatsch (1870m) weiter. Von Compatsch fahren wir Richtung Saltria (1690m) und nehmen die letzte Steigung bis zur Tirler Hütte (1741m) auf uns, hier werden wir uns ein Mittagessen gönnen. Nach dem Mittagessen fahren wir Richtung Monte Pana (1645m) das oberhalb von St. Christina liegt. Von St. Christina (1423m) nehmen wir dann den Fahrradweg zurück nach St. Ulrich.

This panoramic tour of the Alpe di Siusi promises stunning mountain views without any great effort. From the starting point in Ortisei we take the Alpe di Siusi cable car, with which you reach the highest point of the tour at almost 2000m above sea level. An easy descent on gravel with a subsequent ride on tarmac ends at Steger (1850m), the first difficult uphill to Baita Panorama (2009m). Only a few kilometers further, now downhill again to Laurin and Compatsch (1870m). From there we bike to Saltria (1690m) and to the traditional and quaint Baita Tirler (1741m) with its excellent cuisine. Fully refreshed, you reach Saltria a few minutes later. There then comes the only climb of the tour worthy of mention on the gravel road leading to Monte Pana (1645m). These 170m of difference in altitude are also quickly completed. From Monte Pana we bike to S. Cristina (1423m) and back on the bicycle path to Ortisei.

Alpe di siusi ..

Seiser Alm Huttentour ITA

Anche per questo tour prendiamo come aiuto da Ortisei la cabinovia dell’ Alpe di Siusi. Questo tour è pretenzioso e adatto a ciclisti allenati. Dall’Alpe di Siusi si prosegue su una strada sterrata fino alla baita Ritsch, da lì si va in salita fino alla Baita Panorama. Arrivata alla baita Panorama si prosegue fino alla Baita Rosa Alpina e la Baita Mahlknecht. Da lì si continua su una strada sterrata in discesa fino alla Baita Tirler e poi in salita fino alla Baita Zallinger, dove ci fermiamo per pranzo, e ci godiamo il panorama mozzafiato. In seguito ci aspetta una discesa fino al Monte Pana e successivamente fino a Selva. Da lì proseguiamo sulla ciclabile fino alla stazione della cabinovia di Col Raiser, dove ci aspetta l’ultima salita fino alla Chiesetta di S. Giacomo. L’ultimo singeltrail ci porta in Val d’Anna e infine ritorniamo a Ortisei.

Konditionell ist diese Tour anspruchsvoll aber für trainierte Biker leicht zu bewältigen. Von der Seiser Alm aus führt eine Schotterstraße bis zur Ritschhütte und von dort aus fahren wir weiter bis zum Panorama hinauf. Danach geht es weiter zur Almrosenhütte und Mahlknecht Hütte. Dort führt uns zur Abwechslung eine Schotterstraße bergab bis vor der Tirler Alm, dann folgt der nächste Anstieg zur Zallinger Hütte. Dort angekommen genießen wir das tolle Panorama und gönnen uns eine verdiente Mittagspause. Danach folgt eine Abfahrt bis Monte Pana und anschließend gelangen wir nach Wolkenstein, wo wir über den Radweg nach St. Christina zur Col Raiser Bahn gelangen. Von da aus erledigen wir die letzten Höhenmeter bis zur St. Jakobs Kirche. Der letzte Singletrail führt uns ins Annatal und zurück nach St. Ulrich.

It´s a physically demanding tour and easy to deal with for well-trained bikers. From the Alpe di Siusi along the gravel path we reach the Malga Ritsch where we have a short ascent to the Panorama Hut. From here we go on to the Rosalpina Hut and the Molignon. Following the descent to the Tirler Hut we will take the ascent to the Zallinger Hut. Here we will have the lunch break and enjoy the stunning view. After the break we have a descent to Monte Pana and afterwards until Selva. Following the bicycle path until the cable car of the Col Raiser. Here we will have the last ascent to the S. Giacomo’s church. From there we follow 3 km of sheer riding fun on the narrow woodland trail leading to Val d’Anna, from where we ride almost only downhill back to Ortisei.

Tour Marinzen ITA

Questo tour richiede una buona condizione fisica, ma non è troppo difficile e quindi adatto per ogni ciclista allenato. I primi 800m di dislivello vengono affrontati con la cabinovia di Ortisei - Alpe di Siusi. Percorrendo varie strade asfaltate e sterrate raggiungiamo la Baita Sanon, la Malga Ritsch; da lì comincia la salita fino alla baita Almrose e la baita Stella Alpina.

Arrivati in cima alla Baita Panorama proseguiamo in direzione Spitzbühl e in discesa fino a Compatsch. Proseguiamo in direzione di Siusi fino al Maso Gschtatsch. Percorriamo una strada sterrata fino alla Malga Marinzen. Prendiamo il single trail per la Malga “Schafstall”. Da lì parte una discesa che passa al campo sportivo “Wasserebene”. Di seguito ci aspetta una salita sulla strada fino alla località S. Michele e Passo Pinei. Arrivati in cima un single trail ci porta fino ad Ortisei.

Konditionell ist diese Tour anspruchsvoll aber nicht zu schwierig und für jeden trainierten Biker zu schaffen. Die ersten 800m werden mit Hilfe der Seiseralmbahn von St. Ulrich bewältigt. Die Schotter- und teils asphaltierte Straße führt uns bis zur Ritschschweige, von dort aus beginnt der Anstieg bis zur Almrosen Hütte und Edelweiss Hütte. Am Panorama angekommen geht es bergab nach Spitzbühl und Compatsch. Von dort aus führt ein eher abwechslungsreicher Trail bis zum Gstatschhof, dort geht es noch mal berghoch bis Marinzen. Wir folgen einen Singletrail bis zur Schafstallhütte wo wir uns eine Mittagspause gönnen bevor es weiter in Richtung St. Michael geht.

Unser letzter Anstieg führt uns auf den Panider Sattel hoch. Da angekommen nehmen wir den letzten Trail Richtung St. Ulrich.

The Alpe di Siusi, Europe’s largest alpine pasture, surrounded by the most beautiful Dolomite peaks invites passionate mountain bikers to a beautiful tour. This tour is not difficult, but you need to have a good physical condition and so suitable for every trained biker. From Ortisei we take the cable car of the Alpe di Siusi. Following some gravel paths and paved roads we reach the Sanon Hut, the Malga Ritsch, where we take the ascent until the Almrose Hut and the Stella Alpina Hut. At the top of the Panorama Hut we continue towards Spitzbühl, descending to Compatsch. We go on in direction of Siusi until Maso Gschtatsch. We follow the gravel path until the Malga Marinzen. We take the single trail for the Malga “Schafstall” where we will have lunch break. The last ascent following the paved road takes us to S. Michele (1283m) and Passo Pinei.

At the top we take a single trail that leads us to Ortisei.

Sotto le odle Unter den Geislern ITA

Il tour attraverso il Parco Naturale Puez-Odle è una delle proposte più suggestive della Val Gardena per gli appassionati di mountain bike. Partenza da Ortisei si prende la funicolare del Rasciesa. Il sentiero panoramico dal Rifugio Rasciesa fino alla Cappella Santa Croce è un’emozione unica. Nella seconda parte del tour, percorrerete incredibili tracciati alle falde del Gruppo delle Odle, che s’innalzano ripide al cielo, offrendovi lo sfondo ideale per una foto, insieme all’imponente formazione rocciosa di Pieralongia.

Una lunga discesa vi riporta in Val Gardena, dove la meravigliosa Alta Via da Insom, passando per la Chiesa di San Giacomo fino in Val d’Anna, renderà perfetta la vostra indimenticabile avventura in mountain-bike.

Die Runde durch den Naturpark Puez-Geisler ist eine der eindrucksvollsten Mountainbike Touren im Grödnertal. Wir starten in St. Ulrich und nehmen die Standseilbahn hoch bis zur Raschötzer Alm. Von der Bergstation fahren wir zur Heiligen Kreuz- Kapelle. Von da aus geht es hoch bis zum Brogles Sattel, am Fuße der Geisler Spitzen. Dann führt ein toller Flow Trail zur Seceda Mittelstation wo wir die Bahn nehmen, bis hoch auf die Seceda. Hier führt der nächste Trail bis zur Troier Hütte, dann fahren wir zur Pieralongia und anschließend Richtung Regensburger Hütte, wo wir uns eine Mittagspause gönnen. Danach werden wir Richtung St. Christina fahren und die letzten Höhenmeter bergauf bis nach St. Jakob fahren. Anschließend führt noch ein angenehmer Trail bis nach St. Ulrich.

This tour through the Puez-Geisler nature park is one of the most impressive mountain bike adventures in the Gardena valley. The tour starts in Ortisei, where you take the funicular railway of Rasciesa which brings you up to 2063m. Here, a panoramic path takes you from the Rasciesa top station to the Holy Cross Chapel. In the second half of the tour you pass through inspired trails straight to the foot of the steeply towering Geisler mountain range. There the distinctive Pieralongia rock formation is waiting with scenery for the perfect souvenir photo. A long descent leads back into the Gardena valley, where the fantastic mountain path from Insom via S. Giacomo church as far as the Val d’ Anna completes an unforgettable mountain bike adventure.

Val Duron Tour ITA

Questo tour vi accompagna alla scoperta dell’incontaminata Val Duron, che si estende sul versante meridionale del Sassopiatto, segnando il passaggio al Gruppo del Catinaccio. Da Ortisei in partenza direzione ovovia dell’Alpe di Siusi, si affronta il primo dislivello. Arrivati in cima scendiamo in direzione Steger e in salita verso Panorama e verso la Malga Molignon. Da qui la strada inizia a diventare più ripida fino a raggiungere il Passo Duron. Continuando verso la valle in discesa scopriamo diversi rifugi che ci invitano per una pausa pranzo. Dopodiché abbiamo ancora una lunga discesa su strada sterrata fino a Campitello. Da lì prendiamo la cabinovia che ci porta sul Col Rodella poi in direzione passo Sella. Proprio qui si alzano le montagne più belle delle Dolomiti, il gruppo del Sella e il gruppo del Sassolungo. L’ ultima discesa su un sentiero più stretto ci porta verso Plan de Gralba e poi fino ad Ortisei.

Eine der landschaftlich reizvollsten Touren der Region führt uns über das noch weitgehend unberührte Duron Tal, das zwischen der Seiser Alm und das Fassatal liegt. Die ersten Höhenmeter werden mit Hilfe der Gondelbahn von St. Ulrich auf die Seiser Alm bezwungen. Von da aus geht es zunächst gemütlich über eine Schotterstraße bergab bis zum Steger Weg wo der eigentlich harte Anstieg ansteht. Dort fahren wir zur Edelweiss Hütte weiter zur Malknecht Hütte und rauf über den Duron Pass.

Es folgt eine der schönsten Abfahrten durch das Duron Tal. Inmitten des Tales gönnen wir uns eine Mittagspause bevor es weiter bergab geht bis nach Campitello. In Campitello angekommen nehmen wir die Col Rodella Seilbahn hoch bis zum Sellajoch. Von da aus gibt es verschiedene Routen wieder nach St. Ulrich zu kommen.

This is for sure one of the most attractive tours in our region. The Val Duron is located between the Alpe di Siusi and the Val di Fassa and the tour is a conditionally difficult tour. From Ortisei we take the cable car and reach the Alpe di Siusi. We take the descent towards Steger and then the ascent towards Panorama and Molignon Hut. From here the ascent becomes steeper until the Passo Duron. Going down towards the bottom of the valley we will have lunch break in one of the beautiful huts. Afterwards we have a nice descent on a gravel path until Campitello. From there we take the cable car that takes us to the Col Rodella and finally to the Passo Sella. Here we are in the middle of the most beautiful mountains of the Dolomites, the Sassolungo Group and the Sella Group. The last descent on a narrow trail takes us to Plan de Gralba and Ortisei.

Rasciesa Enduro Ride & Learn ITA

Questo tour è adatto per tutti coloro che amano andare in discesa. La partenza è ad Ortisei da dove si prende la funicolare del Rasciesa. Arrivati in cima si pedala in salita fino al Brogles.

Da qui ci sono varie varianti con varie difficoltà in discesa che portano al ritorno verso Ortisei. I sentieri in discesa sono fatti di terra con piccoli ostacoli e le nostre guide sanno dove trovare le varianti più emozionanti.

Diese Enduro Strecke verläuft durch den Raschötzer Wald und ist für jene gedacht, die was Neues lernen und viel Spaß beim Biken haben wollen. Mit der Standseilbahn geht es zunächst von St. Ulrich auf der Raschötzer Alm hoch. Am Anfang geht es noch ein paar Höhenmeter bergauf bis zum Brogles Sattel.

Von da aus führen verschiedene Varianten mit verschiedenen Schwierigkeitsstufen die unsere Guides am besten kennen, wieder zurück nach St. Ulrich.

Val Gardena - Groden ITA

Con questo tour avremo la possibilità di conoscere meglio la Val Gardena e ci cimenteremo sui trails più belli in valle. Il tour parte da Ortisei. Con la funicolare raggiungiamo il Rasciesa dove una strada forestale ci porta fino al Passo Brogles dove abbiamo una vista spettacolare sul Gruppo delle Odle. Seguendo un bellissimo trail scendiamo verso Ortisei, dove con la cabinovia del Seceda raggiungiamo quota 2500m. Dal Seceda seguendo una strada sterrata prima ed un sentiero dopo, andiamo in direzione del Col Raiser ed il Rifugio Firenze. Qui ci aspetta una piccola salita fino alla Baita Juac, dove abbiamo una stupenda vista sul massiccio del Sassolungo. Qui ci aspetta un trail che ci porta in Vallunga e poi fino a Selva.

Arrivati a Selva prendiamo la cabinovia del Ciampinoi dove possiamo scendere una volta la pista MTB Freeride fino a Selva. Dal Ciampinoi andiamo verso Monte Pana e da lì di ritorno verso Ortisei. Da Ortisei prendiamo la cabinovia che ci porta all’Alpe di Siusi, il più esteso altipiano d’Europa. L’ultimo trail ci porta attraverso il bosco verso Ortisei.

Bei dieser Tour werden wir das Grödnertal genauer erkunden und fahren auf den schönsten Trails rund ums Tal. Die Tour startet in St. Ulrich bei der Raschötzer Standseilbahn. Auf der Raschötzer Alm angekommen bringt uns ein Forstweg bis zum Broglessattel wo wir die Geislerspitzen bewundern können.

Von dort aus nehmen wir einen tollen Trail bis nach St. Ulrich, von wo uns dann die Seceda Bahn auf 2500m hochbringen wird. Auf Seceda nehmen wir einen Schotterweg und Wanderweg Richtung Col Raiser und fahren dann zur Regensburger Hütte. Danach führt ein kleiner Anstieg bis zur Juac Hütte wo man einen wunderbaren Ausblick zur Langkofelgruppe hat. Danach führt ein Trail ins Langental und nach Wolkenstein. Da nimmt man die Gondelbahn Ciampinoi und kann von da aus einmal die MTB Freeride Piste nach Wolkenstein fahren. Auf Ciampinoi fahren wir dann nach Monte Pana und von da aus nach St. Ulrich zurück, wo wir die letzte Gondelbahn zur Seiser Alm nehmen, die größte Hochalm Europas. Auf der Seiser Alm führt der letzte Trail durch den Wald nach St. Ulrich hinunter.

With this tour you’ll have the chance to know better the Val Gardena and we will ride the beautiful trails of the valley.

The tour starts from Ortisei, where we take the funicular Rasciesa. From the top station we follow the ascent until the Passo Brogles where we have a spectacular view of the Odle mountains. Following a nice trail we go down to Ortisei and take the cable car of Seceda. From Seceda on the gravel path we go towards Col Raiser and Rifugio Firenze.

Here we have a short ascent to the Juac Hut, where we have a wonderful view of the Sassolungo. From here a trail brings us to Vallunga and then to Selva. Sellaronda TOUR ITA

Grazie all’utilizzo degli impianti di risalita, il dislivello rimanente da pedalare è relativamente basso. Sono poche le salite che richiedono un certo impegno e diverse le discese più tecniche dove prestare particolare attenzione. Alla stazione a monte dell’impianto Dantercepies si incontra la prima discesa, un single trail che parte dal Passo Gardena e arriva a Colfosco. Da Corvara si prendono altri due impianti prima di affrontare la scorrevole Alta Via verso il Passo Campolongo. Da qui si sale con la seggiovia e si scende verso Arabba per prendere la funivia Porta Vescovo. La parte inferiore del tracciato che va dalla stazione a monte, da dove ammirare lo spettacolare scenario delle cime ghiacciate della Marmolada ed il laghetto artificiale del Fedaia, all’impianto Fodom di Arabba è una discesa impegnativa. Dalla stazione a monte del Fodom, in cima al Passo Pordoi, una lunga e panoramica discesa porta fino a Canazei. Da qui la funivia Col Rodella sale fino sopra al Passo Sella, raggiungibile attraverso una breve discesa. Particolarmente interessante è la famosa Città dei Sassi, che si trova ai piedi del Sassolungo. Una lunga discesa, durante la quale ammirare i panorami delle Dolomiti, porta fino in Val Gardena.

Es gibt nur wenige Steigungen, die einen hohen Einsatz verlangen und mehrere technische Abfahrten, wo besondere Aufmerksamkeit erfordert wird.

Unterhalb der Bergstation des Lifts Dantercepies in Wolkenstein begegnet man den ersten Abhang, der vom Grödner Joch bis nach Colfosco geht. Von Corvara aus werden zwei weitere Lifte genommen, bevor man eine lange Strecke bis zum Campolongo Pass fährt. Von hier aus steigt man auf dem Sessellift und fährt hinab Richtung Arabba, wo die Seilbahn Porta Vescovo genommen wird. Von der Bergstation aus darf die spektakuläre Landschaft des Marmolada-Gletschers und des künstlichen Sees von Fedaia bewundert werden. Der untere Teil der Strecke, die von der Bergstation bis zum Fodom-Lift von Arabba geht, ist eine anspruchsvolle Abfahrt. Von der Bergstation des Fodom-Lifts, auf dem Pordoijoch führt eine lange Panorama-Abfahrt nach Canazei. Von hier aus bringt die Seilbahn Col Rodella auf den Sellajoch, welches nach einem kurzen Abstieg erreicht wird. Besonders interessant ist die berühmte Steinerne Stadt, die sich am Fuße des Langkofels befindet. Ein langer Abstieg, währen dem die Aussicht auf die Dolomiten genossen werden darf, führt nach Gröden.

There are just few climbs that require some effort and several more technical descents where to pay particular attention. Just below the top station of the Dantercepies lift of Selva we meet the first descent, a single trail that starts from the Passo Gardena and brings us to Colfosco. From Corvara we take more lifts before facing the Alta Via to the Campolongo pass. From here we go up with the chairlift and descend towards Arabba, where we take the cable car to Porta Vescovo. The lower part of the track that goes from the top station, from where you can admire the spectacular scenery of the icy peaks of the Marmolada and the artificial lake of Fedaia, to the mountain lift Fodom of Arabba is a challenging descent. From the mountain station of the Fodom lift, on top of the Pordoi pass, a long, scenic descent leads to Canazei. From here the cable car Col Rodella brings to the Sella pass, reached via a short descent. Particularly interesting is the famous Stone City, which is located at the feet of the Sassolungo. A long descent, during which to admire the views of the Dolomites, leads to Val Gardena.

Alta Badia - Gadertal ITA

Questo tour ci porta attraverso il parco naturale di Senes, con le sue montagne conosciute. Partiamo a Selva alla cabinovia di Dantercepies che ci porta al Passo Gardena. Dal Passo Gardena scendiamo sul Frea Trail fino a Corvara in Val Badia. Arrivati a Corvara ci sono due varianti: Variante 1: Si prende la ciclabile fino a La Villa (1420m).

Variante 2: Si prende la cabinovia del Col Alto (2000m) e si scende un trail abbastanza difficile fino a La Villa.

A La Villa si sale in seggiovia Gardenaccia, e si scende un “flow trail” fino a La Villa. Dopo si prosegue sulla ciclabile fino a San Leonardo dove si sale in seggiovia fino Sasso di Santa Croce. Da Santa Croce proseguiamo su un sentiero in mezzo al bosco fino a San Cassiano, prendiamo la funivia Piz Sorega dove in cima ci fermiamo a pranzo in una baita tradizionale. Da Piz Sorega torneremo a Corvara, dove prenderemo l’impianto di risalita Frea che ci porterà fino al passo Gardena. Concludendo scenderemo su un trail fino a Selva.

Diese Tour führt uns in den Naturpark Sennes. Wir starten in Wolkenstein bei der Dantercepies Gondelbahn, die uns bis zum Grödnerjoch führt. Von da an führt ein lässiger Flow Trail (Frara Trail) bis nach Corvara. In Corvara angelangt gibt es 2 verschiedene Varianten: Variante 1: Man nimmt den Radweg bis nach La Villa-Stern (1420m).

Variante 2: Man fährt mit der Col Alto (2000m) Gondelbahn hoch und fährt daraufhin einen eher schwierigen Trail bis nach La Villa-Stern runter.

In La Villa-Stern angekommen fährt man mit dem Sessellift Gardenaccia hoch, um noch einen flowigen Trail wieder Richtung La Villa hinunterzufahren. Danach geht es weiter bis nach St. Leonhard, wo wir den Sessellift bis zum Heilig Kreuz nehmen. Am Heilig Kreuz führt uns jetzt ein auf und ab Trail zwischen den tollen Lärchenwald bis nach St. Kassian. Da nehmen wir die Seilbahn Piz Sorega hoch und halten bei einer netten Hütte zum Mittagessen. Von da an geht es wieder zurück nach Corvara, von wo wir eine Steigung bis zur Frara Gondelbahn nehmen, die uns wieder bis zum Grödnerjoch zurückführt. Dort angekommen nehmen wir den Trail nach Wolkenstein.

This tour takes us through the Senes nature park, one of the largest protected areas of South Tyrol. We start in Selva from the cable car of Dantercepies that brings us to Passo Gardena. Here we take the descent on the Frea Trail until Corvara in Val Badia. Once we are in Corvara we have 2 options: Option 1: take the bicycle path until La Villa (1420m).

Option 2: take the cable car of Col Alto (2000m) and then take a quite demanding trail until La Villa.

In La Villa we take the chair lift of Gardenaccia, and following a flow trail we go back to La Villa. Afterwards we take the bycicle path until San Leonardo and take again a chairlift to Sasso di Santa Croce. From Santa Croce we continue on a trail until San Cassiano, and take the cable car to Piz Sorega where we will have our lunch break in one of the traditional huts. From Piz Sorega we go towards Corvara, where we take the cable car Frea that takes us to Passo Gardena. Here we take a last trail until Selva.

Marmolada TOUR ITA

Il “Marmolada Enduro Tour” ci porta attraverso le spettacolari montagne delle Dolomiti fino ai piedi della montagna più alta, la Marmolada (3343m). Il tour parte a Ortisei dove un pulmino ci porta al passo Sella. Dal lì proseguiamo su una strada sterrata in salita, fino al Rifugio Friedrich August, dove un sentiero molto tecnico ci porta a Campitello in Val di Fassa. Continuiamo la ciclabile fino a Canazei, dove prendiamo la funivia fino al Belvedere. Da lì un “flow trail” ci porta attraverso prati fino al Passo Pordoi, e giù fino a Arabba, dove prendiamo la funivia Porta Vescovo. Proseguiamo sul sentiero molto conosciuto Via del Pan al Passo Padon, dove una strada sterrata molto ripida ci porta al Passo Fedaia. Ai piedi della Marmolada possiamo vedere il lago di Fedaia, dove ci godiamo una pausa pranzo alla baita tradizionale Col de Cuck. Dopo il pranzo percorriamo un sentiero molto esigente fino a Canazei. Poi torniamo sulla ciclabile fino a Campitello, dove saliamo con la funivia Col Rodella. Successivamente seguiamo la strada ripida sterrata fino al Kuscheltrail e infine al Passo Sella. Per concludere scendiamo verso Selva, da lì seguiamo la ciclabile fino a Ortisei.

Die Marmolada Enduro Tour führt durch die magische Bergkulisse der Dolomiten bis zur höchsten Spitze, die Marmolada (3343m). Mit Hilfe des Bike Shuttle fährt man von St. Ulrich bis zum Sellajoch.

Dort angekommen tritt man eine steile Schotterstraße bis zur Friedrich August Hütte hoch. Von da aus führt ein verblockter und technischer Trail nach Campitello ins Fassatal hinunter und weiter nach Canazei, wo man die Seilbahn bis nach Belvedere nimmt. Oben angekommen führt ein flowiger Trail auf Wiese bis zum Pordoijoch und weiter nach Arabba hinunter, wo man die Porta Vescovo Seilbahn hochfährt. Von dort aus führt der berühmte Weg Via del Pan nach Passo Padon. Von da an führt eine steile Schotterstraße nach Passo Fedaia hinunter, wo wir uns eine Mittagspause bei der urigen Col de Cuck Hütte gönnen. Wieder vollgetankt fahren wir hinter der Stauseemauer nach Canazei zurück, wo wir weiter bis nach Campitello fahren und die Col Rodella Seilbahn hinauffahren. Eine steile Schotterstraße führt uns bis zum Kuscheltrail und zum Sellajoch. Von da fahren wir Richtung Wolkenstein, wo wir dann den Fahrradweg bis nach St. Ulrich nehmen.

The Marmolada Enduro Tour takes us through the stunning mountains of the Dolomites until the bottom of the highest mountain: the Marmolada (3343m). The tour starts from Ortisei where a bike shuttle takes us to the Passo Sella. Along the gravel path we take the ascent to the Friedrich August Hut. Following a technical trail we arrive to Campitello in Val di Fassa. On the bicycle path we go to Canazei where we take the cable car to Belvedere. From there a flow trail takes us through the meadows until the Passo Pordoi and then until Arabba.

Here we take the cable car of the Porta Vescovo. Following the exposed trail Via del Pan we arrive to Passo Padon, where a really steep gravel path takes us to the Passo Fedaia. At the bottom of the Marmolada we will have lunch break in the traditional Col de Cuck Hut, from where you can see the Fedaia Lake. After lunch following a demanding trail we reach Canazei, and on the bicycle path we arrive to Campitello, where we take the cable car of Col Rodella. Afterwards we follow the steep gravel path until Kuscheltrail and finally get to Passo Sella. The last descent on a narrow trail takes us to Selva. Following the bicycle path we reach Ortisei.

Campitello Tour ITA

In questo tour enduro vengono esplorati i trails più difficili e tecnici della Val di Fassa, naturalmente con l’aiuto degli impianti di risalita. Partendo da Ortisei (1230m) prendiamo lo shuttle fino al Passo Sella (2180m). Arrivati in cima dobbiamo ancora pedalare 250m in salita fino all’ imbuco del primo trail.

Questo primo trail è ideale per riscaldare le nostre tecniche in discesa con diverse variazioni di difficoltà che ci portano fino a Campitello (1400m). A Campitello prendiamo la ciclabile fino a Canazei (1440m) dove prendiamo poi l’ovovia del Belvedere (2383m). Dal Belvedere ci sono diverse discese che riportano a Canazei. Al ritorno prendiamo la cabinovia del Col Rodella (2400m), per poi scendere verso passo Sella (2180m) e alla fine verso Selva (1500m) ed Ortisei.

Bei dieser Enduro Tour werden wir die schwierigsten Trails rund um das Fassatal genauer erkunden. Die ersten Höhenmeter von St. Ulrich (1230m) bis zum Sellajoch (2180m) werden wir mit Hilfe unseres Shuttles erledigen. Am Sellajoch angekommen gilt es noch ein paar Höhenmeter zu treten bis man den ersten Trail in Richtung Campitello (1400m) im Fassatal erreicht. Von da aus fahren wir nach Canazei (1440m) und mit der Gondelbahn hoch zum Belvedere (2383m), hier gibt es verschiedene Trails und Varianten um mächtig Spaß auf den Bikes zu haben. Anschließend fahren wir wieder nach Campitello wo man die Col Rodella (2400m) Seilbahn hoch zum Sellajoch benützt.

Vom Sellajoch führt uns der letzte Trail nach Wolkenstein (1500m) und zurück nach St. Ulrich.

With this enduro tour you have the chance to explore the most difficult and tecnical trails of the Val di Fassa. Starting from Ortisei (1230m) our shuttle takes us to Passo Sella (2180m). Here we have a short ascent to the start of the first trail. This first trail is perfect to warm up with the descent to Campitello (1400m). In Campitello we take the bicycle path to Canazei (1440m) where we take the cable car of Belvedere (2383m). From Belvedere we choose from different trails that take us to Canazei.

Afterwards we ride back to Campitello where we take the cable car to Col Rodella (2400m). From Passo Sella the last trail leads us to Selva (1500m) and finally to Ortisei.

Questo tour unico nelle Dolomiti ci porta attraverso il vecchio fronte delle Dolomiti intorno al Col di Lana e Col di Sangue, che sono i simboli della Prima Guerra Mondiale. Iniziamo il tour della Grande Guerra da Selva dove con la cabinovia del Dantercepies raggiungiamo Passo Gardena. Seguendo il Frara MTB Trail scendiamo fino a Corvara in Val Badia. Da Corvara prendiamo la cabinovia del Col Alto e dopo la seggiovia Braia Fraida per pedalare fino al Rifugio Pralongia. Discesa fino alla Baita Marmotta e direzione Passo Campolongo e successivamente salita in seggiovia fino al Bec de Roces. Da qui un bellissimo trail ci porta verso Arabba, dove con la funivia saliamo al Porta Vescovo. Qui abbiamo una vista spettacolare sulla Regina delle Dolomiti, la Marmolada (3342m). Un trail con un panorama mozzafiato ci porta al Passo Padon sulla Via del Pan. Proseguendo il trail arriviamo alla piccola località Rocca, dove seguendo la ciclabile raggiungiamo Alleghe. Ad Alleghe salendo con 2 funivie arriviamo al Col dei Baldi, e seguendo una strada forestale verso Pecul e la strada statale arriviamo a Selva di Cadore. Con il taxi saliamo il Passo Giao fino al Rifugio Fedare. Chi volesse evitare il taxi può anche affrontare la salita in bici. Da qui prendiamo l’ultima seggiovia della giornata del Fedare e passando dal Nuvolau raggiungiamo il Rifugio Averau, dove passeremo la notte.

Diese einmalige Tour im Dolomitengebiet führt an die ehemalige Dolomitenfront entlang, rund um den Col di Lana, dem Blutberg, der als Symbol des 1. Weltkrieges gilt. Im Grödental startet die Gebirgsjäger-Tour.

Mit der Dantercepies Bahn in Wolkenstein steigt man hoch bis zum Grödnerjoch, von da aus führt der Frara MTB Trail Richtung Corvara ins Gadertal. In Corvara angekommen nimmt man die Gondelbahn von Col Alto und den Sessellift Braia Fraida um dann bis zur Pralongia Hütte zu fahren. Abfahrt zur La Marmotta Hütte und zum Campolongo Pass dann mit dem Sessellift hoch zum Bec de Roces. Von da aus führt ein toller Trail Richtung Arabba, wo man die Seilbahn zum Porta Vescovo auf 2500m nimmt. Hier gibt es einen fantastischen Ausblick auf der wundervollen Königsspitze der Dolomiten, die Marmolada (3342m). Ein wundervoller Trail mit viel Panorama führt hier zum Passo Padon auf der Via del Pan. Weiter auf diesem Trail geht es bis zum kleinen Ort Rocca, von da aus führt ein Radweg bis nach Alleghe. In Alleghe angelangt geht es mit 2 Seilbahnen zum Col dei Baldi, wo wir die Forststraße nach Pecul und dann die Hauptstraße bis nach Selva di Cadore folgen. Mit dem Taxi geht es über den Giao Pass bis zur Hütte Fedare. Will man die Taxifahrt vermeiden kann man auch bis dahin hochtreten. Hier nehmen wir den letzten Sessellift vom Fedare und über Nuvolau erreichen wir die Hütte Averau wo wir übernachten werden.

This unique tour in the Dolomites takes us through the old front of the Dolomites around Col di Lana e Col di Sangue, that are the symbols of the World War 1.

We start the tour of the Great War from Selva, where we reach the Passo Gardena with the cable car of Dantercepies. Following the Frara MTB Trail we arrive to Corvara in Val Badia. From Corvara we take the cable car of Col Alto and then the chair lift of Braia Fraida where we bike up until the Rifugio Pralongia. Descent to the Marmotta Hut and then riding in the direction to Passo Campolongo where we take the chairlift until Bec de Roces. Here we follow a beautiful trail that takes us to Arabba, from where we get up to Porta Vescovo with the cable car. We can admire the spectacular scenery of the icy peaks of the Queen of the Dolomites, the Marmolada (3342m). From Portavescovo we continue towards Padon on the Via del Pan on a trail with a breathtaking view. When we reach the small village Rocca we take the bicycle path until Alleghe. In Alleghe we take two cable cars and we arrive to Col dei Baldi. Following the forest road to Pecul and then the state road we arrive to Selva di Cadore. Here we take the taxi and go up to the Passo Giao until the Rifugio Fedare. If you don’t like to take the taxi you can also reach the Refugio Fedare by bike. Here we take the last chair lift of the day, the Fedare, and passing by the Nuvolau we arrive to the Rifugio Averau, where we will have the overnight stay.

Appena svegli possiamo gustare il meraviglioso panorama delle Cinque Torri, Tofana, Lagazuoi, Conturines e Sassongher, dopo di che si riparte. Prendiamo il sentiero dal Col Gallina verso il Passo Falzarego (2105m), e seguendo la strada statale verso il Passo Valparola fino al monumento dei caduti. Svoltiamo a sinistra e attraverso il sentiero Pre de Costa arriviamo al Passo Armentarola direzione S. Cassiano (1537m). Qui prendiamo la cabinovia Piz Sorega, per poi proseguire sulla strada sterrata fino alla Baita Biok. Proseguiamo fino alla seggiovia Braia Fraida e scendiamo un trail abbastanza tecnico verso Corvara. Da Corvara saliamo a Colfosco (1645m) dove con la cabinovia Frara raggiungiamo Passo Gardena (2136m). Scendendo verso i Plans de Mur Freit arriviamo fino a Selva e successivamente fino ad Ortisei.

Am nächsten Tag genießen wir das wundervolle Panorama der Cinque Torri, Tofana, Lagazuoi, Conturines und Sassongher bevor es weitergeht. Daraufhin folgen wir dem Weg vom Col Gallina zum Falzarego Pass (2105m), und über die Hauptstraße den Valparola Pass bis zum Denkmal der Gefallenen. Links abbiegen und über den Forstweg Pre de Costa bis Armentarola Richtung St. Kassian (1537m). Von da aus nimmt man die Gondelbahn Piz Sorega, um dann über den Schotterweg zur Biok Hütte zu fahren. Von hier aus fährt man zum Braia Fraida Sessellift und runter über einen etwas zackigen Trail nach Corvara. Von Corvara geht es hoch nach Colfosco (1645m) und anschließend mit der Gondelbahn von Frara zum Grödnerjoch (2136m). Vom Joch geht`s über die Plans de Mur Freit bis nach Wolkenstein und nach St. Ulrich.

After enjoying breakfast with a stunning view of the Cinque Torri, Tofana, Lagazuoi, Conturines and Sassongher, we start the second day of our tour.

We take the trail of Col Gallina to Passo Falzarego (2105m) and by following the state road of the Val Parola we arrive to the Fallen Diplomats Memorial. Following the descent we take the forest road Pre de Costa until Armentarola and San Cassiano (1537m). We proceed with the cable car towards Piz Sorega and follow the dirt road until the Bioc Hut. We go on to the chair lift Braia Fraida and follow a quite technical trail towards Corvara. From Corvara we take the ascent towards Colfosco (1645m) where we catch the cable car Frara and we reach the Passo Gardena (2136m). Following the trail towards the Plans de Mur Freit we arrive to Selva first and then we finish the tour in Ortisei.
