HALL OF FAME GROUNDS
HORSESHOE PIAZZA & HORSESHOE COURT Our property’s picturesque centerpiece is situated in the midst of our historic grass courts. The horseshoe-shaped covered porch and meticulously manicured grounds are the perfect setting for al fresco dining and cocktails. The largest of all our venues, the Horseshoe Piazza and Court blend a relaxed feel with Newport elegance. Available April–November. Transparent screen panels can be lowered in the event of cool or inclement weather. Heater rentals are also available. Guest Capacity

USTA WING & PORCH This versatile indoor/outdoor space exudes a level of sophistication that truly makes a statement. The USTA Wing is an extension of our museum, spaciously transformed by high ceilings, a wall of glass French doors, and movable exhibits. For a breath of fresh air, step out onto the latticework porch and enjoy a bird’s-eye view of the beautifully landscaped property. The USTA Wing is equipped with a state-of-the-art audio-visual system, including a built-in digital projector and an 8' x 8' screen, ideal for showcasing PowerPoint or video presentations. Free wireless Internet access. Available year-round. The USTA Wing is our indoor venue and can be combined with the outdoor USTA Porch. Transparent side panels are available. MEMORIAL BOARDROOM The Memorial Boardroom is located in our brand-new building, designed with a stunning shingle style façade to complement the historic character of the entire Hall of Fame property. Inside you'll find a truly modern and sophisticated meeting space with a comfortable layout to inspire productivity. A wall of nearly floor-to-ceiling windows welcomes an abundance of natural light and provides a lovely view of the Hall of Fame grass courts during the summer months. Among the included amenities are high back leather chairs around a rich mahogany conference table, Polycom conference phone system, wall-mounted LCD flat screen for presentations, and wireless Internet. Guest Capacity: Main conference table seats 20. Table can be disassembled to accommodate smaller groups. Approximate size of space: Memorial Boardroom 34' x 20' for 680 sq. ft. Memorial Boardroom Lobby 20' x 15' for 300 sq. ft. Adjacent 15' x 15' space is ideal for a registration area or break stations.
EXECUTIVE LOUNGE Downstairs from the Memorial Boardroom is the Executive Lounge. This is a convenient and inviting place where you can easily transition your meeting to comfortable dining or a cocktail reception. A working fireplace adds a cozy ambiance during cooler months. Large windows create an open, airy feel with natural light, along with a view of the beautiful Hall of Fame grounds and stunning architecture. LED screens have been permanently installed and can be used for branding, slideshows, or live television. Both the Memorial Boardroom and Executive Lounge are available year-round. Guest Capacity: Cocktail Reception – 50 Seated Lunch/Dinner – 40 Approximate size of space: Executive Lounge 34' x 20' for 680 sq. ft. Executive Lounge Lobby 20' x 15' for 300 sq. ft.
EAST PORCH & EXECUTIVE PORCH The East and Executive Porches are quaint spaces overlooking the spectacular grass courts. Both porches have limited availability, even in season, but they just might be the right fit for your event. Available April–October. Both are outdoor-only venues. Please inquire for more details.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES • Staff for each event will include: on-site event manager for all day-of needs, hostess to greet your guests, and event staff to support setup and any other operational needs of the event. • Custom party favors are available for your guests, including special touches like ITHF-branded glassware and tennis-themed chocolates. • The International Tennis Hall of Fame is ADA accessible. • Tables and chairs for up to 200 people are included in the rental fee. • Porches are covered and equipped with weather screens for inclement weather. • Heaters can be rented through the Hall of Fame. • Free wireless Internet included. • Any licensed caterers and vendors are welcome, and our Hall of Fame staff will be happy to recommend local vendors. However, catering for The Canfield House must be managed through the Hall of Fame’s catering partner, Blackstone Caterers.

MUSEUM GALLERIES Tennis enthusiasts, history buffs, and art lovers alike will be captivated by the newly renovated museum at the International Tennis Hall of Fame, where your guests can learn the history of the sport and its impact on society. Guests can also enjoy a guided tour or leisurely wander through the galleries before cocktail hour ensues.
SCAVENGER HUNT When it’s time for a breakout session, our Museum Scavenger Hunt is an entertaining and interactive way to reenergize your employees. As teams try to solve clues, they’ll not only learn about the sport of tennis, but find out who is equipped with strong problem-solving skills. It’s a great team-building exercise that can also boost employee morale.
