The International School of Prague (ISP) is seeking an inspirational and dedicated operations leader who will support the School’s Director to help ISP achieve its ambitious aspirations as one of the leading schools in Europe known for its impactful programs, practices, and people.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated leader to oversee all operational aspects of the school. The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be primarily responsible for maintaining the ISP’s strong operational and financial health, while securing the resources needed to achieve its ambitious strategic objectives. In addition to managing the school’s financial operations, the COO will oversee key functions such as human resources, facilities management, estate development, and student admissions. Above all, the ideal candidate will lead with empathy, integrity, and authenticity in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
