DESTINATION IMAGINATION
In Destination Imagination (DI), students work together in a team to solve open-ended challenges (that could involve Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics). This is an exciting opportunity for innovation, critical and creative thinking and opportunities to solve unique problems. Though guided by teachers, the project is largely student-led and therefore requires students who are motivated, open-minded and willing to collaborate. You can only register with a pre-approval from Ms Bradley and/or Mr Foster. Please contact bradleym@isb.be and/or fosterc@isb.be . Check out the global DI programme here. Registration is compulsory for the Fall AND Winter season with a tournament (to showcase their group project and compete alongside other schools) on 28 February 2026 near London (TASIS England). The Brussels Sports Association (BSA) provides youth team sports, in English, to all children in the Brussels international community, ages 4 - 13. Our programme offerings include soccer, baseball, and basketball. The BSA operates in 3 seasons throughout the school year (fall/winter/spring). Trainings and most games are held on the ISB campus. As a volunteerbased, nonprofit organisation, we focus on creating a positive and inclusive environment where children can develop their skills, learn the value of teamwork and have fun. For students with at least one year of experience on their instrument, Jazz Lab is an exciting ensemble that explores a variety of musical styles, including jazz, blues, funk, and contemporary music. Jazz Lab performs at various venues throughout the year, both on and off campus, giving students valuable performance experience in a fun and dynamic setting. Scouting America is a fun programme for boys and girls aged 11-18 to grow in adventure, leadership and service. Troop 457 meets Tuesdays from 7-8:30 p.m. at Brussels Unit School in Zaventem, camps monthly, and welcomes youth from across the Brussels-Capital Region. REGISTRATION FOR ISB PLUS ACTIVITIES Before every season you will be informed on when registrations open. Please check your Heads’ Letters and the ISB Community Updates. Registrations are through SchoolsBuddy: isb.schoolsbuddy.net Use your ISB account (your single sign-on (SSO) the same you are using for PowerSchool and the Community Portal). Just go to the SchoolsBuddy website, click the Azure AD button and it will sign you in. Watch this video to help you register for ISB Plus Activities using SchoolsBuddy or follow the steps outlined in this document.

LATE BUSES SERVICE The late bus service is available from Monday to Thursday for students in grades 5-12. Buses leave from the Chateau parking. Students in grades 1-4 need to be accompanied by an MS / HS sibling. Parents who wish to use this service for their children need to complete the following form : LATE BUS ACCESS FORM ISB Late Buses have been integrated into the BatOnRoute Safe App. It will allow parents to track their child(ren)'s bus and ensure timely meetings at the bus stop. For one-off use of late buses, please contact buses@isb.be or book an occasional trip via the BatOnRoute Safe App. For students in Grades 1 to 4, or ILS classes, the registration form will only take effect once you have received approval from ISB PLUS. Please fill in ONE form per child.
