ISB EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAMME ISB’s Employee Referral Programme recognises the role our employees play in introducing new families and welcoming returning families to the school. For each referred child whose enrolment qualifies, the referring employee may choose either: A one-time gross bonus of €2,000, payable through payroll and subject to applicable tax withholdings and other statutory deductions in accordance with Belgian Labor law, or A €2,000 invoice credit, which the employee may allocate at their own discretion towards expenses invoiced by ISB, such as school fees or lunch costs, or For employees with children enrolled at ISB, a €2,000 invoice credit towards the school expenses of their own child(ren) or transferred to eligible children from other ISB families, as per the Family Referral Programme.

How It Works 1. Share your experience Encourage a new or returning family to discover ISB and ask for their permission to refer them to our Admissions Team. 2. Register your referral Notify Admissions in writing via the online form, before they submit their application. The incoming family must confirm your referral. 3. Receive your credit Each referred student qualifies after starting or resuming attendance at ISB, remaining enrolled for 30 calendar days, and having their family’s account in good standing.
How Invoice Credits Can Be Used Where the employee opts in for the invoice credit, the employee may use them against: eligible school expenses, transfer all or part to another eligible ISB family, donate all or part to ISB. Credits may be split across children and invoices, combined for one child, or used in the current or an upcoming academic year.

Additional Details New families and families returning after a period away from ISB may qualify for referral. Each qualifying referred student earns one €2,000 benefit. If an incoming family enrols more than one child, each child’s enrolment is assessed separately and triggers a benefit. Referred children may come from the same incoming family or different incoming families. There is no limit to the number of benefits an eligible employee may earn. Invoice credits belong to the referring employee and may offset any school expenses invoiced by ISB and payable by the employee, the employee’s family, or following a transfer, by the receiving family.
Help a family discover - or rediscover ISB! If you know a family who may be interested in joining or returning to ISB, simply introduce them to our Admissions Team and let us know that you are referring them. We’ll take it from there and help them explore everything ISB has to offer. The ISB Employee Referral Programme is subject to eligibility and the full Programme Terms and Conditions.
