

ISB Alumni Visit Policy
This policy applies to all ISB Alumni who wish to visit the campus This policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for alumni wishing to visit the campus. Our goal is to make sure alumni visits are enjoyable and safe without disrupting the school’s learning environment or daily activities
Visit request
All alumni must submit the visit request form at least 1 week in advance of their intended visit date. A confirmation email will be sent by the reception team upon approval of the visit. Alumni should not consider their visit approved until they receive this confirmation
If an approved visit needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, alumni must notify it Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval
Visit days and restrictions
Alumni may visit the campus during regular school hours from Monday to Friday and also on Saturday. However, for visits on Saturdays, the access to buildings is not permitted, even if some may be open due to athletic events
Alumni visits are not permitted on the following days:
- The first and last week of the school year
- Seniors’ last week of school.
- Sundays and Belgian national holidays
- Open days, orientation days, graduation day, and any other major school events
- Red days in the official School Calendar.
The number of alumni visiting at one time may be limited to prevent disruption
Visits to specific areas may require additional approval or may be restricted entirely
*Note: For anyone under 18 or who recently graduated and would like to visit the High School building, we require them to complete the ISB High School Visitor’s Request Form when submitting their visit request
Check-In
Upon arrival, all alumni must check in at the reception desk located at the Château, where they are required to register their visit with their contact details. They will receive an alumni visitor badge, which must be worn at all times while on campus, and must be returned to the reception at the end of the visit

Conduct
Alumni should follow all school rules and guidelines during their visit. If there's any disruptive behaviour, going into restricted areas, or not following instructions, the visit may be terminated
Security
Alumni are reminded that the privacy and safety of current students and staff are of the highest importance. Photography and videography are restricted in certain areas where students and staff are Without the email confirmation of your visit you won’t be allowed to access the campus
Liability
The school is not responsible for any personal property lost or damaged during the visit. Alumni are responsible for their own safety and conduct while on campus
