Carla Joseph
Carla Joseph, a Cree artist from Prince George, B.C., was granted the opportunity to be an artist in residence at the Prince George Community Arts Council in 2016. That same year, she won Art Battle, a feat she repeated in 2018. Known for her distinctive style, Carla’s artwork resonates deeply with many, and she finds inspiration in the way it makes others feel. This motivates her to keep pursuing her artistic journey. Carla enjoys challenging herself with a variety of projects, many of which can be seen throughout her local community.
