AUCTION REGISTRATION & TERMS:
To bid on a property, begin by creating a user account at www.Interluxe.com. After activating your account, log in and proceed to the Property Details Page. Click the orange ‘Register to Bid’ button to begin your registration. You will be required to execute the Online Auction Terms & Conditions and provide a $100,000 Bidder’s Deposit either through a Credit Card Pre-Authorization or a wire transfer to the auction escrow agent. Once registered, you will be eligible to place bids as soon as the auction starts. Should you not be the winning bidder, wire transfers will be refunded, and pre-authorizations released within 48 hours postauction. Winning bidders must promptly execute the contract and submit a 10% earnest money deposit. The remaining balance is due at closing within 90 days.

BUYER’S PREMIUM:
