From Blacksburg, VA: Take US-460 E for 3.3 miles. Take Exit 1B to merge onto I-81S towards I-77 Redford/Bristol. Travel for 27.6 miles. Take Exit 89A to merge onto VA-100S towards Hillsville.

Continue on VA-100S for 18.3 miles, then turn right onto Floyd Pike and follow for 1.4 miles. Turn right onto E Stuart Dr and follow for .3 miles. Turn left onto US-52S/Main St and follow for 4.9 miles.
