Insurors New Member Services Assistant

Insurors is pleased to announce Aliyah Turner has accepted the position of Insurors Member Services Assistant. Aliyah is a Murfreesboro, TN native. In 2018, she pursued a degree in Risk Management and Insurance at Middle Tennessee State University. During her time at MTSU, Aliyah interacted with industry professionals, joined the award-winning honorary insurance fraternity- Gamma Iota Sigma, earned scholarships, and received two CPCU credits. The summer of her Senior year, she was an underwriting intern for Public Entity Partners, in Franklin, TN; where she renewed workers compensation, liability, and property policies for government entities. Aliyah’s internship experience opened new opportunities for her, such as working for Insurors of Tennessee. In November, she accepted the role of Insurance & Education Support Specialist, where she hopes to make a difference in Insurors of Tennessee’s education and for- profit departments. In December, Aliyah graduated with the academic distinction of Magna Cum Laude.

Aliyah enjoys going to the gym, reading, and binge-watching her favorite TV shows.

Insurors New Marketing Assistant

Insurors welcomes Kyra Garrision who has accepted the position of Marketing Assistant. Kyra Garrison was born and raised in the small yet lush town of McMinnville, TN, which made her grow to love all things outdoors. From hiking and kayaking to camping and advocating for wildlife, all are activities she still prioritizes today. In 2018, Garrison began her studies at Middle Tennessee State University where she earned her bachelor’s in business administration, graduated with honors from the MT Engage program, and was an active member of Gamma Beta Phi national honors and service society. It was here at MTSU where she found her calling in marketing. She previously worked in marketing for Do615 where she utilized various social media platforms (i.e., Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter) to promote the organization and strengthen connections with both current and future partners. She also assisted to develop and execute campaigns ranging from media, content, and experimental for various clients and brand partners. In October 2021, Garrison was introduced to Jake Smith and Teresa Durham at MTSU’s Risk Management and Insurance career fair where she learned of the open marketing position. She graduated in December 2021 and took on the Marketing Assistant role for Insurors of Tennessee soon after. Now she is thrilled to be doing what she loves for such an outstanding company.

Starting 2022 off right, in January WINS hosted a wine tasting social event at the Insurors office in Nashville. The wine tasting proved to be an enjoyable event. Find photos below.
