Hundreds celebrate return of CQIB lunch

The Council of Queensland Insurance Brokers (CQIB) welcomed 280 brokers and insurers to its industry lunch. The event, sponsored by Vero Insurance and Kava CRM, was held in the Rose Room at Cloudland Restaurant in Brisbane. It had been postponed earlier in the year, but finally took place on May 20. Former international and State of Origin Rugby League player Michael Crocker was a special guest and held a Q&A hosted by radio personality Olympia Kwitowski. CQIB says future events will focus on removing barriers for the general insurance industry to do business through all market cycles. 0
