BOARD OVERSiGht COMMittEE

Ann-Marie Brosnan, Seamus Buckley and Clare Lucid, under Rule 56(3) resigns and seek re-election to the Board Oversight Committee.

Ann-Marie Brosnan

Ann Marie joined the Board Oversight Committee in June 2018. Now working as a Certified Public Accountant with T. Nolan & Sons Ltd. in Castleisland. She resides in the Ballymac area.

Seamus Buckley

Seamus joined the Board Oversight Committee in April 2021. He previously served as a Director of Clanmaurice Credit Union, where he served on the Investment and Audit Committees.

Seamus is a qualified Certified Public Accountant (FCPA), working as an accountant with Hayes Daly & Co. Accountants, in Castleisland. Seamus is native of Rathmore and now lives in Causeway

Clare Lucid

Clare joined the Board Oversight Committee of Cara Credit Union in March 2021. She began her involvement in Credit Union activities as a volunteer Teller and later became a member of the Board of Directors of Clanmaurice Credit Union. In latter years she was a most effective and efficient Secretary of Clanmaurice Credit Union.

Clare holds an honours degree in Information Technology and works in a key executive position with a large and busy Concrete Products Company. Clare resides in Lerrig, Ardfert.
