CAMPAIGN OBJECTIVE

We’re building an innovative Live-Thrive-Give campus that integrates affordable senior housing & essential community services under one roof.

The window of opportunity to launch this project is once in a lifetime. To make it possible, we need help from folks like you. If we don’t do something to address this issue now, it will soon be too late.

ABOUT INSPIRITUS.

Inspiritus, formerly Lutheran Services in Tennessee and Lutheran Services of Georgia, promotes programs that enhance the stability, wellness, health, and safety of individuals and families. With over 100 years of combined experience, we have touched the lives of more than 100,000 individuals.

NASHVILLE IS FACING A HOUSING CRISIS.

The cost of living in Nashville far outpaces the median income of its people. It’s even more expensive to live here than other cities in the southeast, like Atlanta, Charlotte, or Orlando.

With the demand for housing exceeding supply, only wealthy families can afford to move in, and many longtime residents are being forced to leave. This is a pivotal moment in time for the city of Nashville. How we respond will make a big difference for decades to come. If we don’t do something to address this issue now, it will be too late.

How can we help? Join us in making the redevelopment of the Inspiritus campus in North Nashville possible. Help guarantee that our neighbors have access to affordable housing and urgent community support.

With your support, together we can create a thriving community where neighbors are economically integrated, families are stabilized, housing is secure, and health and education outcomes improve.

REIMAGINING THE INSPIRITUS CAMPUS.

We need funding to transform Inspiritus’ current headquarters into an innovative, integrated Live-Thrive-Give campus with affordable senior housing, Inspiritus programming, and essential community support tailored to North Nashville all under one roof.

OUR VISION

A ONCE IN A LIFETIME OPPORTUNITY.

We were fortunate to secure our property on the corner of Rosa L. Parks Boulevard and Garfield Street (site of the former St. Paul’s Lutheran Church and our current base of operations) through an agreement with the Southeastern Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. This was made possible because of a shared vision and dedication to the mission of empowering our neighbors in need at this site. We owe it to our community to make sure that this opportunity doesn’t go to waste.

The time to act is now.

Please consider making a donation today to help provide affordable housing & support for our neighbors in Nashville.

Property in Nashville is prohibitively expensive, especially for a nonprofit organization like Inspiritus.
Whether you give as an individual or representative of an organization, we greatly appreciate your financial commitment.

OUR COMMITMENT

INVESTING IN THE FUTURE OF OUR CITY.

For decades, Inspiritus has provided life-giving services to the people of North Nashville and Middle Tennessee. Inspiritus continues to meet a critical need in our community, but our ability to serve our most vulnerable neighbors is hindered by the limitations of our aging campus.

We asked our community what was needed. They told us and we listened. The impact has been tremendous . We need a fitting campus that’s accessible, beautiful, and filled with light and life, in order to continue to serve the community and grow our offerings to meet their needs. We envision a Live-Thrive-Give campus where people can feed their minds, bodies and souls.

The Memorial Foundation is grateful to partner with Inspiritus Middle Tennessee in their work to reduce the physical and psychological impacts of poverty on marginalized communities. With programs that seek to both meet immediate needs and build healthy communities for the future, their work is more vital than ever.”
