AOITORI is the community magazine for Japanese people in Belgium.
The cover features Misako Aoki, who was appointed by Japan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a “Kawaii Ambassador” representing Lolita fashion. This spring, she appeared at the event A Royal Affair on Brussels’ Grand Place, where she met and interacted with fans from across Belgium.
The participants themselves were wonderfully distinctive, each expressing their personality through fashion with creativity and confidence.
