AOITORI is a little community magazine for Japanese community in Belgium.
Mr. Yosuke Suetsugu is the owner chef of Restaurant Nonbe Daigaku in Brussels. He is the legend of Japanese cuisine in Europe. Professionally trained in prestigious restaurants in Tokyo, he participated in launching a Japanese restaurant in Paris in 1972. Then he worked as the top chef at Restaurant Tagawa for nearly 30 years in Brussels. Now he continues his path as the ambassador of Japanese cuisine in his own Nonbe Daigaku. Highly reputed, many times awarded and loved by loyal customers, Mr. Suetsugu is our guest of honour in AOITORI magazine.
