Hello everyone! I want to thank everyone for being a part of our Journey and our Online Digital Magazine. Our Magazine is simply here to inspire you and help be a Voice for everyone! We love to share your stories with the world. This is another wonderful Platform we have put together for you to enjoy. We are here to help encourage those who love to write but don't know where to start, have hidden talents as writers, editors, photographers, graphic designers and so much more, to be a part of our Magazine. We want to inspire you to embrace new talented writers as some will be sharing their stories for the first time. We also have experienced, amazing writers from around the world. Here at Inspiration 4 Life, we are a judge free zone and love to give others the opportunities to also live their dreams and passions. We have been trying to make this dream come true since 2010 but with so many obstacles that stood in the way, we managed to break barriers and still made our dream come true. We inspire you to never give up on your Dreams!

Meet Sonya Renea Roemisch, a dedicated figure in the Fitness Industry for 25 years. What started as a career has evolved into her passion and purpose. As an ever-growing entrepreneur, she continuously seeks ways to expand her reach and make a bigger impact. Her 'off' time is dedicated to personal and professional development, and she finds joy in country music, dancing, hiking, and staying active.

Sonya's journey began as a personal trainer outside of college. However, her desire to create a better space for serving clients led her to open Younique Physique, a private Fitness and Training studio in January 2005. Offering Personal Training, Small Group Training, and Fitness Classes, she also provides Nutrition Consulting, Coaching, and her Private Label Supplements for Gut Health. By year-end, Sonya plans to roll out her Online Platform to extend her services to those who can't train in person.

In 2011, Younique Fitness & Wellness LLC was born to meet the demands of Sonya's growing business. Expanding from the same business center where it all started, she now operates from a larger space while staying true to her roots.

Sonya's main mission is to educate, motivate, and inspire others through fitness and health, encouraging them to reach their potential greatness. Believing that selfimprovement not only benefits individuals but also has a global impact on society, she

considers personal growth as the best investment, empowering individualstogivemoretoothers.

Inspired by her initial clients, Sonya always wanted to help others. Her internship experience with seniors, cardiac & pulmonary rehab, and women at a wellness center during college showed her the profoundimpactfitnesshadonimprovinghealth,physique,andselfconfidence.Herclientscontinuetoinspireher,reaffirmingthatshe's walkingthepathmeantforher.

Currently, Sonya has a small team supporting her, but she plans to expandtoprovideotherswithaplatformtotransformmorelives.

Her achievements include being Rita's Inspiration 4 Life Fitness Queen in 2014 and Ms. Fit American Beauty in 2015. Moreover, she has graced the pages of several Fitness Magazines, including Natural Muscle, Status, and most recently, Fit & Firm Magazine.

On Sunday August 27th, San Antonio Moms, Alamo City Moms and Bad Moms of San Antonio Hosted the Mom-Osa Meet Up and Market Day. It was an amazing Event Denise Castano Wirth and many other key pplayers put together for the communities, moms, paretns and really anyone to attend! It was a great collaboration of many small businesses, entertainment and resource businesses that came together to showcase what they are all about!

Mom-osa Meet Up and Market Day presented by FB Mom Groups: San Antonio Moms, Bad Moms of San Antonio and Alamo City Moms in collaboration with American Legion Post 2 at 3518 Fredricksburg Rd. They had DJ Moreno and area Influencers and Socialites, Claudia G and local baddie, 210 La Chismosa. Ronique also got Moms hyped with MixxedFit and showcasing the ultra sexy Vegas Stiletto Fitness. Celebrity Radio/TV Host & Personality Rita Hernandez was Emcee of the KIDS/Family area. 9

Exciting news!!! I will be going on a Media tour to talk about my upcoming Million Voices Project Documentary Series and my Story. God is so good to me and has my back when life sometimes takes all these twists and turns from being sick. It’s because of all your love and support in what God has called me to do. I strive to always be unique and different in everything I do because this is what God has planned for me. Working on my Roku Channel and other amazing Platforms is going to take my Media and Outreach Organization to levels God has always planned for me.
