Proud to Support Inspira Health and the 2025 Grand Gala

We celebrate Inspira Health’s unwavering commitment to advancing health and wellness in our communities and thank all those who work tirelessly to make a difference every day.

A MESSAGE FROM THE

As we gather for this year’s Grand Gala, I am filled with gratitude for the generosity and spirit that unite us in support of Inspira Health’s mission. Tonight, we celebrate Peter and Jane Galetto – two remarkable individuals whose leadership, philanthropy, and vision have helped shape both Inspira and the South Jersey community we proudly serve.

For decades, the Galettos have been steadfast advocates for improving the lives of those in need in our communities. The examples of this include the creating of Inspira’s residency programs to bring more physicians to our communities; expansion of the neuroscience programs to championing our Community Impact initiatives. Their commitment to helping other reminds us that compassion and commitment can truly transform lives.

This year’s Grand Gala supports Inspira’s Community Impact programs – initiatives that bring health and hope beyond our hospital walls. From Food Farmacy+ and Community Health Workers to cancer prevention and behavioral health outreach, these programs meet people where they are and address the real barriers to better health.

Your partnership makes this work possible. Together, we are building healthier, more equitable communities across South Jersey. Thank you for standing with us, for celebrating the Galettos, and for helping Inspira Health continue to change lives and improve communities every day.

With gratitude,

RECOGNIZING

Peter & Jane Galetto

Jane and Peter Galetto have spent decades shaping and uplifting South Jersey through strategic development, conservation, philanthropy, and public service.

Jane is a champion of environmental preservation, leading CU Maurice River and playing a key role in securing Wild and Scenic River designation for the Maurice watershed. She has served on numerous environmental boards and earned national recognition for her advocacy, education, and volunteerism.

Peter, a respected business leader and president of Stanker & Galetto, has guided regional growth through sustainable construction and civic leadership – including as founding chair of Inspira Health Network. Peter served more than 20 years on Inspira Health’s Board, including as Chair of South Jersey Healthcare during the pivotal merger with Underwood-Memorial.

Together, the Galettos helped grow our residency programs, led the fundraising effort for our medical simulation lab, and serve as steadfast advocates of Inspira’s Community Impact initiatives.

From health and education to the arts and environment, the Galettos champion causes that strengthen our South Jersey region. Inspira is proud to celebrate their extraordinary legacy of service and stewardship.

PETER GALETTO, JR.

Peter Galetto, Jr., a lifelong Vineland resident, has long blended entrepreneurship, community leadership, and creativity to shape and uplift South Jersey.

As the second generation to lead Stanker & Galetto Builders, Peter learned the business from the ground up rising from laborer to president and CEO. His innovative approach and collaborative spirit became the foundation of the company’s enduring success.

Guided by that same spirit of craftsmanship, Peter discovered a new creative outlet in glass art. What began as curiosity grew into a deep passion. After early training at Wheaton Arts, he refined his technique under renowned artists and continued his studies at the Pilchuck School of Glass in Seattle, founded by Dale Chihuly, and in Murano, Italy, with maestro Davide Salvadore.

Peter’s large-scale installations “Journey to a Better Life” and “Carnivale Grande” are proudly displayed at Inspira Medical Center Mullica Hill, serving as vibrant symbols of hope, healing, and community. His work celebrates the beauty of transformation, blending color, form, and light to inspire joy and reflection.

This year, Inspira Health Foundation is honored to feature several of Peter’s original glass pieces in the Grand Gala Auction, offering guests a unique opportunity to support Inspira’s mission while taking home a piece of his artistry and heart.

COMMUNITY IMPACT:

Building a Healthier South Jersey

At Inspira Health, care doesn’t end at the hospital door – it extends into neighborhoods, schools, and homes across South Jersey. Through our Community Impact initiatives, we’re addressing the root causes of poor health and building a stronger, healthier South Jersey. These programs meet people where they are… feeding families, connecting patients to care, and empowering healthier lifestyles. Your generosity fuels this work and helps remove barriers that stand between our neighbors and better health.

Food Farmacy+

Inspira’s Food Farmacy+ embraces a “food as medicine” approach, connecting patients facing food insecurity with registered dietitians and access to nutritious groceries. With sites in Bridgeton and Woodbury and expansion planned for Salem County, the program served 2,387 individuals across 880 households in 2024, transforming access to nutrition into a pathway to healing.

Community Health Workers

Our Community Health Workers serve as trusted bridges between the health system and the community, helping residents navigate challenges like transportation, food, and housing. In 2024, they connected 284 patients to essential non-medical resources, ensuring that those most in need can access care and support to live healthier lives.

Access to Transportation

Through Inspira’s Patient Transportation Program, we ensure that lack of a ride never stands between a patient and their care. In partnership with Uber Health, Inspira provides free, reliable rides for patients across South Jersey – delivering more than 4,000 rides since 2022 and helping hundreds reach vital treatments, appointments, and follow-up care.

Quit Center

The Inspira Quit Center offers free, evidence-based smoking and vaping cessation services across South Jersey targeting areas with the state’s highest tobacco-use rates. In 2024, 199 new patients began their journey toward a healthier, tobacco-free life through personalized coaching and ongoing support.

Cancer Screening & Prevention

Inspira’s Cancer Screening and Prevention program promotes early detection and health education for uninsured and underinsured residents. In 2024, 1,396 free screenings were provided, ensuring that cost is never a barrier to life-saving preventive care.

Your gift to Inspira’s Community Impact initiatives helps transform the health care landscape –focusing on prevention, wellness, and compassion. Together, we are feeding families, providing rides to care, supporting recovery, and empowering our neighbors to live healthier, more hopeful lives.

While we have made tremendous progress, there is still so much more work to do to create healthier, more equitable communities… and we cannot do it alone. Thank you for joining us at the Gala and for standing with Inspira in this important mission. Scan below to make an additional gift in support of these life-changing efforts.

Together, we’re changing lives – one patient, one family, one community at a time.

Your generosity, vision, and unwavering dedication inspire us every day.

Inspira Health and South Jersey are better because of you, and we are so proud to stand beside you in this journey.

I have found that among its other benefits, giving liberates the soul of the giver. The more you give, the more you get, and the more you laugh. The more you laugh, the less you fret. And the less you fret, the more you love. And the more you love, the more you find faith. And it all keeps going in a circle, and it all starts with giving.

In South Jersey, we take care of each other. When a neighbor is in need, we step up. But right now, too many of our neighbors are facing health challenges alone.

A mother experiencing complications in pregnancy needs specialized care close to home—not miles away in another city. A cancer patient shouldn’t have to choose between affording treatment and putting food on the table. A senior struggling with heart disease needs transportation to their doctor’s office, not another trip to the emergency room.

At Inspira, we believe that health care should be there when you need it—where you need it. Through the Changing Lives, Improving Communities campaign, we’re asking our community to come together and invest in something bigger: a healthier, stronger South Jersey for all of us.

This transformational investment is part of a four-year vision to strengthen health care for South Jersey. Inspira started by expanded behavioral health services, ensuring greater access to mental health and addiction treatment. Now, through the Changing Lives, Improving Communities campaign, we are focusing on three additional key impact areas: Community Health & Access, Oncology Care, and Mother & Child Services. Each impact area aligns with Inspira’s strategic plan, ensuring that we are addressing the most urgent health care needs in our region. By investing in these four areas, we are building a healthier, more connected community—one where every neighbor has access to the care they deserve, close to home.

Your support is more than a gift—it is a direct investment in the well-being of our neighbors, friends, families, and the most vulnerable in our region. By contributing to the campaign, you are helping to build a healthier future for our community. Together, we can change lives and improve communities.
