Independent businesses are a critical part of the business landscape in Solihull town centre. And whilst you’ll see plenty of doom and gloom stories about the High Street every time you turn on the TV or flick through a newspaper, we’re happy to report that Solihull continues to buck the trend with incredibly low vacancy rates compared to the rest of the country and a long line of companies hoping to make Solihull their next home. Plenty of our businesses continue to invest in themselves, whether that be through more staff, diversifying product ranges or giving their premises a makeover.
