“Itwasalsoabetterschedule,eighttofive,withthe eveningsfree.InSanAntonio,atthattime,mycommute wasshort;nosubways,justaquickdrivetomyhome.
AndIenjoyedthefreedomofnothavingtosharemyplace withroommates.AllthatfreedomremindedmethatI wantedtodomoreinmylife,”Shravanrecollects.

“Underothermarketconditionslikethoseprevailingduring the2010s,wemightnothavetakenadvantageofaratelock becauseinterestratesweretrendinglower,”Shravan remarks.
