Florida licensing on wheels program is back again at Pembroke Pines City Hall. Celebrate Florida City Government Week this October
Message from Mayor Frank C. Ortis
Dear Readers: I am happy to announce that the Department of Motorist Services Mini-FLOW (Florida Licensing on Wheels) program is back again at Pembroke Pines City Hall. This is a very quick, easy and convenient method to handle these types of services. We are very glad to have this available to our residents, and encourage everyone to take advantage of this opportunity.

The City of Pembroke Pines is celebrating Florida City Government Week, October 18-22. Sponsored by the Florida League of Cities, residents are encouraged to learn more about their Municipal government, become aware of services that cities perform and learn how city government works. Please join me for coffee on October 20 from 8AM–9:30AM in the lobby of the Charles F. Dodge City Center located at 601 City Center Way. You’ll also get a chance to meet members of our various departments and ask questions about what makes our city great.
October is a busy month in the City of Pembroke Pines and we hope to see you at all the activities and events (please follow safety guidelines) being held around the city such as the Ninth Annual Bow Wow Ween, taking place on October 9 from 9AM1PM at The K-9 Officer Craig Rupp Dog Park located at 9751 Johnson Street (just east of Palm Ave.), a free Jazz in the Pines Concert, featuring the band of Melina Almodovar “La Muñeca de la Salsa” and live painting by Alejandra Gotera on October 24 from 3-5PM at the Charles F. Dodge City Center Plaza, located at 601 City Center Way, and BOO-VILLE! held on October 27 from 6-9PM at the Charles F. Dodge City Center.
