Correct phone numbers provide faster service. Quick reporting of a power outage is dependent on your account information being current. Your primary telephone number is the key identifier of your account location. The number First Electric Cooperative has on file is located above the usage graph on your bill. You can help speed the outage reporting process by notifying us of any changes that need to be made. Updating your information is easy: • Complete the form on the back of your bill, and return it with your payment. • Click on “Member Information Update” under “My Account” at www.firstelectric.coop. • Visit a First Electric office in Jacksonville, Benton, Heber Springs, Perryville or Stuttgart. • Call 800-489-7405 and select Option 2.

If the power goes out ... Occasionally circumstances beyond First Electric Cooperative’s control cause power interruptions. When this happens, restoration crews can be dispatched more efficiently if we have the correct information for your account on file. The phone is our best method of communication, and the more details we have, the faster we can dispatch crews. Adding your mobile number also will be useful, especially if it is your primary means of communication. Please help us assist you by providing the information we need. Members may report an outage by calling 888-827-3322. If you are calling from your primary phone number, just follow the prompts. If you are using a different phone, the automated system will ask for your primary number. You may either enter the number using the touch-tone buttons or by saying the number aloud. If you wish, you may leave a voice message with details about the outage. Once your account location has been confirmed, repair crews will be dispatched.

Please see reverse for ways to update your information!
