Ingredients:

8 oz. turkey 1/2 sweet onion, chopped 2 stalks of celery, chopped 7 oz. diced tomatoes, canned 1/4 of a bell pepper, red and green

4 oz. white mushrooms, chopped Salt, pepper, and garlic powder Worcestershire sauce Ground Parmesan cheese Corn tortillas, soft

Directions: In a large skillet, brown the turkey in just enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan. When turkey is almost fully-cooked, add onions and celery, cooking until soft. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add mushrooms and peppers and continue to cook until soft. Add in tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce to taste and cook an additional 2-3 minutes to incorporate flavors. Serve inside warm corn tortillas and sprinkle with your desired amount of Parmesan cheese.
