Ingredients: For the peach filling 6 large peaches, sliced 1/4 c. granulated sugar Juice of 1/2 a lemon 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ground ginger Pinch of kosher salt
Peach Crumble For the crumble topping 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour 1 c. packed brown sugar 1/2 tsp. kosher salt 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/2 c. melted butter
Directions: Preheat oven to 375°. In a large bowl, combine peaches, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, ginger, and salt. Topping: In a medium bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Pour in melted butter and stir until mixture is crumbly. Place peaches in a large baking dish. Sprinkle topping evenly over peaches. Bake until topping is golden, about 45 to 50 minutes.
