Baked Spinach Artichoke Dip
Ingredients: 3/4 c. mayonnaise 8 oz. block cream cheese, softened 3/4 c. sour cream 1 c. shredded white cheddar 1 c. freshly grated Parmesan 14 oz. can artichoke hearts; drained, chopped 1/2 c. shredded Gruyère 10 oz. frozen spinach, defrosted and chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes 1 tsp. lemon zest Directions: Preheat oven to 350° F. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix until fully combined and season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer to a baking dish and smooth top with spatula. Top with more shredded white cheddar. Bake until bubbly and slightly golden, about 30 minutes. If you’d like a more golden top, broil on high for 2 minutes. Serve with crispy bread, for dipping.
