KNOW THE WARNING SIGNS OF AN ENERGY SCAM
Scammers will often use high-pressure tactics that create a sense of urgency. They may also ask for unusual payment methods such as gift cards or cryptocurrency. Dodgy communication is typically associated with a scam, including poor grammar, spelling errors or unusual email addresses. If you spot any of these warning signs, take a moment to pause and determine if it’s legitimate or if it’s a scam.

Ingredients:
Creamy Pumpkin Soup
2 ½ lb pumpkin (any type)
3 cups vegetable or chicken broth/stock
1 onion, sliced 1/2 cup cream
2 garlic cloves, peeled whole
Directions:
1 cup water
Skin the pumpkin and remove seeds. Cut into 1 1/2 chunks. Place the pumpkin, onion, garlic, broth and water in a pot – liquid won't quite cover all the pumpkin. Bring to a boil, uncovered, then reduce heat and let simmer rapidly until pumpkin is tender – about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and use a stick blender to blend until smooth, or if using a regular blender, wait until soup has cooled slightly. Season to taste with salt and pepper, add cream. Ladle soup into bowls, drizzle extra cream if desired, and enjoy!
