Monthly Access Charge Effective with all bills due after October 1, 2019, the monthly access charge for all rate classes is increasing by $3. We recently conducted a detailed cost of service study and determined that this increase was necessary to ensure we are covering our costs associated with providing service to a location. This charge covers expenses such as poles, wires, transformers, meters, and all other necessary equipment, along with billing, cybersecurity, and meter reading expenses. Your board of trustees works diligently to maintain the financial integrity of your cooperative by keeping costs as economical as possible, while also ensuring we are able to offer the superior service our members have come to expect.
