Creamy Lemon Parmesan Chicken 2 cloves garlic 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp butter 1 cup heavy cream 1 lemon sliced
Directions: Mix flour with 1/4 cup Parmesan, garlic powder, and lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper. Dredge chicken in mixture and set aside. Heat skillet and add chicken, searing until golden. Remove from pan and set aside. Melt butter in pan then add garlic and spinach, cooking until wilted. Add chicken broth, cream, and 1/2 cup Parmesan. Season to taste. Add lemon slices and bring to a simmer cooking until thickened. Remove from skillet and garnish with basil.
