With the annual Peanut Butter Festival harvest and heritage celebration each year on the last Saturday in October, the town of Brundidge pays tribute to the foodstuff that sustained it through the Great Depression. The little nut continues to provide a boost to the local economy as visitors travel from all over to take part in:
