Apply Now For The 2016 Youth Tour This once in a lifetime experience provides opportunities for students to learn about the history of Alabama and the United States through tours of Montgomery and Washington D.C. In order to apply and compete for a spot on the 2016 tours, the student must currently be a high school junior living in one of the eight counties served by Dixie. The deadline to submit applications is Fri., Jan. 9, 2016.
Broccoli Chicken Casserole Ingredients: 2 pkgs. frozen broccoli (pre-cooked) 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 stick butter (melted)
1 chicken boiled and deboned (pre-cooked) 1 can cream of celery soup 1 pint sour cream 1 bag Doritos (crushed) 1 lb. cheese (shredded)
Directions: Mix soups, sour cream, and mayonnaise until creamy. Mix Doritos and butter. Place in long pan by layering in the following order from bottom to top: broccoli, chicken, soup mixture, cheese and Doritos. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Due to a scheduling conflict, WSFA has rescheduled 12's Day of Giving to Fri., Dec. 11, 2015. We apologize for any confusion due to the schedule change and hope that you are able to join us that day at the Walmart on Atlanta Highway between the hours of 5 a.m. and 7 p.m. We will be collecting food, toys, and monetary donations to benefit the Christmas Clearinghouse, Montgomery Area Food Bank, and Toys for Tots. For your donation valued at $5 or more, we will give you your choice of one of our adorable Dixie stuffed animals. Be sure to update your calendars with the correct date to make sure you don’t miss this opportunity to help our neighbors and friends.
