● NEW COVID-19 CASES IN QC ○ As of​ ​March 30, 2020, 7PM, the Quezon City Health Department reported additional ​27 (twenty seven) cases ​of COVID-19 in the city. ○ Total number of Quezon City cases is now at ​140 (one hundred forty). ○ Additional ​27 (twenty seven)​ cases are from the following barangays: ■ District 1 ● Brgy. ● COVID-19 DEATHS IN QC ○ As of March 30, 2020, 7PM, QC reported additional ​7 (seven) ​deaths. ○ Total number of deaths is now at​ 26 (twenty six).

● COVID-19 RECOVERIES IN QC ○ As of March 30, 2020, 7PM, QC reported​ 1 (one) new ​recovery​. ○ Total number of recoveries in the city is​ 10 (ten).

EXTREME ENHANCED COMMUNITY QUARANTINE (EECQ) A. Extreme Enhanced Community Quarantine (EECQ) will be implemented in barangays with two or more confirmed cases located in different streets and/or in congested urban poor areas where fast transmission of the disease is highly possible.This is subject to review everyday depending on the number of cases / recoveries.

B. Newly reported barangays with two cases have not yet been included in the list because validation is ongoing.

C. As of March 30, 2020, 7:00PM, the Quezon City local government is implementing extreme enhanced community quarantine in the following barangays: 1. Tandang Sora 2. Kalusugan 3. Ramon Magsaysay 4. Maharlika 5. Tatalon 6. Batasan Hills 7. Pasong Tamo 8. Central* 9. San Roque 10. Paligsahan 11. Bagong Lipunan ng Crame

12. South Triangle 13. Culiat 14. Bahay Toro 15. E. Rodriguez 16. San Isidro Labrador 17. Matandang Balara ​(Added March 30, 2020) 18. Teachers Village West ​(Added March 30, 2020) *Brgy. Central does not have COVID-19 patients but will be under extreme enhanced community quarantine due to the presence of numerous hospitals along East Avenue.

● DECONTAMINATION EFFORTS ○ The Quezon City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office together with Quezon City Fire Department continuously disinfects streets and highways. ○ As of March 30, 2020, ​396 locations in 134 barangays​ were disinfected as part of the continuous simultaneous decontamination operations.

● FOOD PACK DISTRIBUTION ○ As of March 30, 7PM, the local government has already distributed 929,000 food packs.

● HOPE II QUARANTINE FACILITY ○ Quezon City government is set to open on Tuesday (March 31) a second temporary quarantine facility for persons under investigation (PUI) for coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Hope II, will be housed at the sprawling Quezon City University (QCU) Complex in Novaliches, Quezon City.

● TEMPORARY SHELTER FOR STREET DWELLERS ○ Quezon City gives temporary shelter for street dwellers ​including several individuals who cannot return to their provinces, amid the enhanced community quarantine due to the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).The Quezon Memorial Circle was converted from a temporary quarantine area into a holding area for street dwellers.

● AGREEMENT WITH HOSPITALS ○ Following the meeting with Mayor Joy Belmonte, private hospitals in QC and the local government agreed to work closely in fighting COVID-19.

Private hospitals will now automatically refer potential and positive cases of COVID-19 to the local government for further action.
