POST COLOR CEREMONY
Once your color or lightening service is processed, it’s time to transition your guest to the bowl for their Post Color Ceremony. This essential step removes residual color from the hairline and scalp while ensuring long-lasting results by stabilizing the color and closing the cuticle.
STEP 1
Once development time is complete, emulsify the color gently with your fingers around the hairline to start the removal of color, and move through the hair.
STEP 2
Add water and emulsify the color to ensure all color is thoroughly removed from the scalp and hair. Rinse until the water runs clear.
STEP 3
Awaken Color Awakening Hair Bath in your palms and work through the hair, to cleanse the hair and rinse.
STEP 4
Apply Color Radiance Conditioner and massage into the hair, and rinse
STEP 5
Apply your chosen Innersense styling products to wet or towel-dried, damp hair
STEP 6
Style as desired.

AFTER A COLOR OR LIGHTENING SERVICE BEFORE A TONER.
STEP 1
Once development time is complete, emulsify the color gently with your fingers around the hairline to start the removal of color, and move through the hair. If you are working with Pure Brilliance Lightener only, you will not emulsify, only rinse the product from the hair.
STEP 2
Add water and emulsify the color to ensure all color is thoroughly removed from the scalp and hair. Rinse until the water runs clear.
STEP 3
Awaken Color Awakening Hair Bath in your palms and work through the hair, to cleanse the hair and rinse.
OPTIONAL: If the hair has high porosity, or needs detangling, apply Color Radiance Conditioner and massage into the hair, and rinse
STEP 4
Towel dry well and apply chosen toner or refinement service and process.
STEP 5
Once process time is complete, add water and emulsify the color to ensure all color is thoroughly removed from the scalp and hair. Rinse until the water runs clear.
STEP 6
Awaken Color Awakening Hair Bath in your palms and work through the hair, to cleanse the hair and rinse.
STEP 7
Apply Color Radiance Conditioner and massage into the hair, and rinse
STEP 8
Apply your chosen Innersense styling products to wet or towel-dried, damp hair
OPTIONAL: Include Sweet Spirit Leave In Conditioner as part of your post color ceremony to lock in the color and increase longevity.
STEP 9
Style as desired.
