In the Member Development Committee we have been working hard to complete all of our directives before the August Board Meeting arrives. Most importantly though we have been trying really hard to get ahold of schools in order to charter and reactivate Key Clubs all around Indiana. We also have all been collaborating on new ideas on how to engage our current members and keep them motivated.

With summer ending soon, and school starting back, we are trying to use this time to grind and increase membership as that is our main objective as a committee. We have been using the many resources given to us, as well as staying in contact with the rest of the INDB and even our Kiwanis family. If you have any ideas, tips, or ways to help the Member Development Committee please let me know, as any help is appreciated!
