Member Recognition Program
The Indiana District Key Club has been working on a program to recognize members that go above and beyond!
Advisors can submit members to be recognized through the Member Recognition Form, and members will be chosen based on a rubric accounting for service hours, and the embodiment of the core values of Key Club: leadership, character building, inclusiveness, and caring.

How to submit a member:
Access the Member Recognition Form. Provide all of the requested information.
You will need the advisor ' s email, and the member ' s email, service hours,
home club, Write an essay on why you believe the member should be recognized Members will be recognized on the Indiana District Key Club Instagram, as well as being highlighted at DLC (District Leadership Convention)!
The form will open on the 1st of every month, and submissions will be accepted until the 25th. The selected members will be revealed on the 5th of the following month!
DISTRICT LEADERSHIP CONVENTION: 2023
The INDB is so excited for this year’s District Leadership Convention (DLC).
The District Leadership Convention (DLC) is going to be from February 24-26, 2023 at the Crowne Plaza International Airport. This will be a fun, packed weekend filled with activities, service projects, workshops, and more! At this event, you will get the chance to meet new people, gain useful knowledge, and have a great experience! This year ' s DLC theme is movie theater/cinema, so let' s shine a spotlight on service! And to add on, this year we will have a Governor
' s Ball
where we can dance the night away and dress up as celebrities! The Governor’s Ball will take place Saturday night and the dress code can range from homecoming attire to prom attire. Not only will this be a great event, we get to appreciate all of the services that Indiana has done and pass out awards! We hope that when this event ends, you never want to leave. DISTRICT LEADERSHIP CONVENTION: 2023
At DLC, we also elect our Indiana District Board and give out awards!
If you are planning on running for a District Board position, whether that is a lieutenant governor or executive board position, you need to complete and turn in a statement of candidacy by January 31, 2023. The statement of candidacy is an official document stating all requirements for each position, and all meeting dates for the year of your term. When you sign it, you agree that you are aware of the positions ' duties, and you agree to be at all of the District Board meetings on those dates.

The Indiana District has more than 120 clubs, so we cannot keep track of every great thing your clubs and officers do. Because of that, we created an application for awards. The application gives you a chance to explain why your club or officers went above and beyond and deserve to be recognized! Awards will be given out to Distinguished Officers (one per position), Key Clubber of the year, Distinguished
Club, Distinguished Service Project, Outstanding Kiwanis Advisor, and Distinguished Faculty Advisor! However, some awards do not need an application! We also award the most-voted Shirt Design and Scrapbook - to participate, just bring your masterpiece to DLC! There is also an award for most raised for Riley ' s Children ' s Hospital!
