EDITOR'S NOTE BULLETIN EDITOR CARYSSA ROARK Hi everyone! A lot of exciting things have happened these past couple of months, including turning 18 while having COVID (I still can't taste) and getting my first tattoo in December! I celebrated Christmas with my close family and got plenty of amazing gifts. I hope all of you had a great holiday season!

Mid-Year
Elijah Puente - Governor Hello Indiana District! It has been an incredible journey thus far! I am filled with joy and excitement as I witness your continued efforts to prioritize service. Thank you for your commitment. I see all that you have accomplished, and you’re very appreciated. Our District Board is working to give you the support you deserve. We started the year strong by assembling five committees of outstanding and dedicated leaders who work tirelessly to help you succeed. Their accomplishments have been astonishing, so I cannot help but brag about them. Last year many of us found ourselves struggling to engage in service for numerous reasons. Some of these challenges remain, but we are adapting. As we planned for this year, we focused on these challenges and named recovery as our primary goal. Here are a few highlights of what the committees have accomplished so far: Established a Service Project Directory on our website Provided useful recruitment and club operation resources Welcomed back inactive clubs through mail and email Held South Fall Rally: our first entirely in-person event since DLC 2020 The board’s service to this district is ongoing. Allow me to highlight some of our current initiatives: Established a Service Project Directory on our website Provided useful recruitment and club operation resources Welcomed back inactive clubs through mail and email Held South Fall Rally: our first entirely in-person event since DLC 2020 I am incredibly proud of every person who contributed to all of our initiatives. It has been a pleasure to meet and collaborate with an endless amount of impressive Key Clubbers. And before long, I will be meeting the future leaders of Key Club International at the District Leadership Convention in February (look out for registration early this winter)! In the meantime, remember to recognize your accomplishments, be unapologetically yourself, and prioritize your self-care because you matter. Yours in service,
Elijah Puente
Executive Board Updates Shenyi Gong - Secretary Treasurer Hello Indiana! I hope all of you are having a great school year! For the past few months, I have been working on creating LTG and club monthly reports. As a reminder, please make sure one of your officers or advisors fills out the club report by the 10th of every month. This helps inform both the district and your LTG on what your club has been doing. If you have any questions regarding any of this, please do not hesitate to reach out and contact me! I would love to get to know every one of you!! :)
Angelina Dalloul - Webmaster Hi Indiana! I hope your school year is off to an amazing start; I know mine has been. Along with schoolwork, I have been keeping myself busy with ensuring that the website is updated and maintained. Feel free to visit it (inkeyonline.org) to learn more about our Committee Chairs, access club officer position guides, and much more. Now that I have plugged our website, I can move on to discuss the other tasks I have been keeping myself occupied with. Our Service Project Directory is now LIVE on the website!! If your club is struggling to find a service project to implement, check it out and even submit one to be featured on the page. In addition to the website, I have been posting regularly on our social media accounts, highlighting Fall Rally, the Youth Opportunity Fund, and various other events. If you ever need anything at all, feel free to reach out to me (inwebmaster.kci@gmail.com)! Have a wonderful rest of your day!
