Nayak has over 14 years of experience advising on public and private strategic investments, divestments and exits spanning a broad range of industries, including pharmaceuticals and healthcare, financial services, insurance, e-commerce, construction development, infrastructure and power. She has advised marquee private equity investors, as well as renowned promoter groups and companies, across jurisdictions. In addition to her core expertise on M&A and private equity deals, Nayak is also experienced in advising on domestic and overseas financing transactions, overseas bridge financing and global acquisition transactions. She graduated from W B National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata in 2008, holding a BA, LLB (Hons).
