Experience a journey like no other and take the Snowdon Mountain Railway. Operating from March to October, this narrow-gauge rack-andpinion railway has been transporting visitors to the summit of Snowdon since 1896. The 4.7mile journey will start from the Llanberis Station and will take you all the way to the top of Mount Snowdon in either a diesel or steam train.

For the ultimate adrenaline-fuelled activity, head to the Penrhyn Quarry and see if you’re brave enough to try out the fastest zipline in the world! You’ll travel just over a mile, reaching speeds of over 100mph, over the quarry.

Royal Victoria Hotel

Just 100 yards from the Snowdon Mountain Railway, the Royal Victoria Hotel is ideal for your staycation in North Wales.
