History Over the last 20 years, a Findmeaconference partnership has developed to bring greater value and more opportunities for hotels and venues to showcase their meeting facilities and services to our corporate clients and an ever increasing global audience.

With an established reputation as the must-go-to company for meeting room bookers, event organisers, PAs, EAs and party planners, we’re excited to announce enquiries have returned to pre-Covid levels (as of November 2021).

How we do it Our partner hotels and venues have a superb presence on the Findmeaconference website with an unlimited word and image count.

Your venue’s profile includes areas for promoting all your individual room set-ups, services and facilities, latest news, weddings and special delegate offers.

As a partner, your venue is searchable by location, event type, budget and room capacity. It’s also guaranteed a priority position in these searches over non-partner venues while our in-house algorithms put your venue in a recurring top-spot over ALL venues meeting the same search requirements.

The Corporate Magazine is a popular monthly read reaching a global audience of around 2 million. In addition to being a ‘featured venue’, there are numerous opportunities for promotion in editorial pieces and interviews. It’s also ideal for advertising delegate deals, announcing awards and accreditations.

The Findmeaconference LIFT is a social media package that you can dip-in and out of throughout our 12 month partnership.

Working across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter (LIFT), you can promote your venue and offers, late-space availability, latest news, testimonials and images. You also have the opportunity to take over our social media accounts for the day with pre-agreed posts scheduled in advance.

The Findmeaconference Blog is also available for showcasing your meeting rooms, sustainability projects and policies. In addition to introducing new team members and highlighting leisure facilities for the leisure market and 24-hour delegates.

They’ll arrange any required training over the phone, or even set-up your venue’s online profile for you. You’ll have your own password to access and update this profile throughout the year - making it easy to add deals to fill late space availability, update menus, delegate rates and news stories.

Your client services colleague will also liaise with you over magazine features, blog posts and social media campaigns.

And as soon as it’s safe to do, you are more than welcome to visit us and present your facilities and services to our Findmeaconference team.
