While marking her two-year anniversary with the organisation, Tia has played a defining role in the hotel’s continued success and reputation for excellence by spearheading the hotel’s campaign to retain its prestigious Gold M&IT Award for Best UK Conference Centre.

In her spare time, she co-founded the East Midlands Elite, a collective of agents, venues, and event suppliers focused on strengthening regional collaboration while raising important funds for East Midlands–based charities, reaching over £30k in its two years thus far.
