ESCAPE ROOM cont. Remote Team Building Event | All Year | 5-500+ Participants WHAT HAPPENS ON YOUR EVENT In advance everyone receives a welcome pack with an overview of the fun ahead, and two very simple links to enter the game. The event normally runs via Zoom, or if required other platforms such as MS Teams can be used. Once everyone’s logged in, our virtual host welcomes you to the adventure, explains the rules and divides everyone into mini teams. Each team has their own dedicated virtual breakout room, where they will go head to head in fun competition. The clock now starts. Every team enter the virtual world, with 60 minutes to work through the myriad of conundrums in the right sequence to eventually escape the room. Teams will always collaborate to share ideas on all the different tasks as they progress. There’s absolutely something for everyone including high tech QR codes and augmented reality. The experience is a full immersion into a fun virtual world, purposely designed for virtual team experiences. The escape room theme creates a real sense of buzz and entertainment which never fails to capture everyone with lots of fun banter and camaraderie. Our host gives running updates and commentary until time runs out. We now bring everyone back together to announce the final results, who escaped, who escaped the fastest and which team are the champions. 5
