LONDON BIERFEST 2021 cont THE BEER ABK is the official supplier to the London Bierfest 2021. Prost! ABK Beer is a 700-year-old, hand-crafted Bavarian beer brewed in Germany since 1308. It is synonymous with heritage and innovation - using techniques passed down from generation to generation to ensure the highest quality, with only the finest local barley, hops, yeast and the purest water used to create a truly authentic taste of Bavaria. •

ABK PILSNER - A smooth 4.2% ABV Pilsner with intense straw yellow colour and a robust hoppy taste, which is light and fresh for easy drinking. Brewed using Tettanger and Hallertauer hops.

ABK HELL - A well-balanced 5.0% ABV hoppy, malty, bottom-fermented and full-bodied Munich style ‘Helles’.

ABK DUNKEL - A Munich style Dunkel Dark Beer with 5.0% ABV. Brewed using the finest Hallertauer hops, this gloriously dark, rich, fruity and aromatic beer is top-fermented with wonderful notes of caramel and dark chocolate.

ABK EDEL - A full bodied 5.8% intense, crisp and refreshing Dortmunder

style Pilsner that’s packed with flavour. ABK WEISSBIER -A top fermented 5.3% ABV, fruity and aromatic Weissbier with a wonderful honey yellow colour and natural yeast cloudiness. ABK RADLER - A very refreshing 2.8% ABV beer made of 50% Dortmunder style Edel and 50% Organic Lemonade. 5

With a spectacular voice, exceptional comedy timing, and unrivalled audience interaction skills, she is a strict-mistress with a warm heart that “holds the audience’s attention like no other.” THE BAVARIAN STROLLERS - guaranteed to get the entire crowd up singing, clapping and dancing - let's get steins clinking! The Strollers have travelled the world bringing their unique take on Oompah music to anybody that will listen! LED AERIAL HOOP DUO: DEUX AILES AERIAL - Acrobatic duo, Deux Ailes combine grace, style and gravity-defying agility, both in the air and on the ground. Creating breathtaking routines full of eye-catching stunts, sure to leave you dazzled. BAVARIAN DANCERS - If you’re looking for some thigh-slapping Oktoberfest entertainment, our Bavarian dancers are exactly what you need. Featuring a mix of both Bavarian and Austrian folk dance, including the iconic thigh-slapping Schuhplattler, our lederhosen-clad dancers will get you on your feet in no time. BOOTY PARTY BAND - Closing out the entertainment, our favourite epic cover band ‘Booty’, will bring the hits to London Bierfest. 7

LONDON BIERFEST 2021 cont THE FOOD Hearty and rich, the beloved dishes of Bavaria are ideal sustenance to accompany our cold steins of beer. On the menu are mouth-watering German classics from the famous Bratwurst and sauerkraut balls to delicious beef Frankfurters, and ‘Brats in Blankets’ (AKA Bratwurst sausage rolls) plus loaded potato skins, rustic chorizo beers sticks and much more! Table service by our team of Helga’s and Helmut’s means no queues or waiting around, so attendees can fully engage with each other throughout the evening. Hot Platters A Bavarian feast of traditional Oktoberfest fare! Superb, authentic sharing platters served on rustic wooden boards and washed down with Germany’s finest beers, accompanied by lashings of curry ketchup, mayonnaise and sweet German mustard. Cold Platters Delicious platters of Brotzeit, a traditional Bavarian savoury snack selection, served directly to your table. Each platter includes a selection of delicious treats that are the perfect accompaniment to ice-cold steins, all served with curry ketchup, mayonnaise and sweet German mustard. 9
